About the muscle soreness. You don’t work the same muscle 2 days in a row. Allow 1-2 days in between.

“But how can I workout 4-6 days a week then?”

Work different body parts each day.

For example. I work legs one day, then chest and triceps another day and a third day I work my back and biceps.

I do cardio on the days I don’t lift and do abs everyday.

However, the muscle soreness gets less intense as you work your muscles more. Make sure to stretch before and after every workout and eat enough protein.

Keep working out for about 2-3 weeks and your muscles won’t get nearly as sore. In fact, you’ll hardly notice it at all.

But as for your original question: Can you get a flat stomache with no diet and excercise….

How long after giving up drinking beer do we start losing weight?

My brother is a little fat and wants to know if beer and alcohol in general has some effects on the body that lasts long after someone stops drinking and if losing weight comes only weeks later, because he’s not drinking for a week, eats very little, but still his weight hasn’t given up on him.

The quickest is to start eating a lot of salads and veggies and soups. Drink LOTS of water.

Dont’ eat red meat, breads, starches, pastas, sodas, or sugars.

In moderation eat white meats, and fruits (fruits have natural sugars that can add weight over time).

Practice portion control. You’ll feel hungry at first, but every day you get more and more used to it until you are become full on the smaller portions. Everytime you feel hungry, if you’ve already eaten, drink water.

Exercise at least an hour a day doing both cardio and weight training. Weight training builds muscle, muscle builds fat. If you don’t want big muscles like men, use lighter weights and do more repetitions.

How much weight do you think I could lose in x amount of days with this routine?

Basically, I have a weight loss blog/fitblr on Tumblr and I mean a lot of people depend on me, but I have got to really lose weight right now.
I’m going to state testing on April 16th? I believe and my current weight is 203 and height is 5’7 5’8. Now you’re probably like why the hell does she need to lose weight for state testing, well.. there is a dude there and I just don’t want to disappoint him with my looks. (Don’t hate with what I said, I know it’s stupid that I care what others think).

I’m going to eat 500 calories a day [at most] and bike ride every other day along with running 1-2 miles a day on the days I don’t ride my bike. Also my everyday exercises that burn about 500 calories.
It is un healthy, I know. But how much weight do you think I could lose with this routine? xx

I know it seems logical that eating such a small amount of calories will mean fast weight loss but you could put your body into starvation mode meaning it clings onto every bit of fat that its got, making it harder to lose weight and causing your weight to pile on when you go back to eating normally.

Instead, consider eating about 1500 calories minimum packed with protein and, combined with exercise you should still be in a significant (but safe) calorie deficit.

How to lose weight and not gain muscle?

I dont know anything about working out. I just do whatever. I thought i was losing weight but my cousin informed me the stuff im doing is making me gain muscle and not lose weight. I DONT WANNA BE MUSCULAR!!!! I want to lose fat. I told him i do the treadmill since thats how i sweat alot. He told me to stop that and do the stair master. I told him i wanna lose stomache fat. Not leg fat. But he told me that the stair master targets the stomache too. Is he right? What should i do to lose weight?! I been working out like crazy and eating right and only lost 2.5 pounds in a week. I think my cousin is right. I think im gaining muscle. Does the stair master really target the stomache and legs?
