How to lose weight and not gain muscle?
I dont know anything about working out. I just do whatever. I thought i was losing weight but my cousin informed me the stuff im doing is making me gain muscle and not lose weight. I DONT WANNA BE MUSCULAR!!!! I want to lose fat. I told him i do the treadmill since thats how i sweat alot. He told me to stop that and do the stair master. I told him i wanna lose stomache fat.
