Your Question About Easy Weight Loss

Michael asks…

What diets (like the grapefruit) really work for you?

I’d like to lose at least 20 pounds, so what odd diets work for you? Does the grapefruit, juice, or water diet work?

weight loss cardiff answers:

Any fad diet will work if you stick to it. But as soon as you get off you are gonna gain the weight back. Eat healthy and exercise. You need to make it a lifestyle, not just a diet. That way the weight will stay off.

Ken asks…

Is there any way to get my belly flat without any diets or stressful exercise?

Ive tried diets before but all they do is just make me more hungry, but when i do exercise, my muscles get sore. I try to continue the next day, but it just hurts too much. Any advice?

weight loss cardiff answers:

About the muscle soreness. You don’t work the same muscle 2 days in a row. Allow 1-2 days in between.

“But how can I workout 4-6 days a week then?”

Work different body parts each day.

For example. I work legs one day, then chest and triceps another day and a third day I work my back and biceps.

I do cardio on the days I don’t lift and do abs everyday.

However, the muscle soreness gets less intense as you work your muscles more. Make sure to stretch before and after every workout and eat enough protein.

Keep working out for about 2-3 weeks and your muscles won’t get nearly as sore. In fact, you’ll hardly notice it at all.

But as for your original question: Can you get a flat stomache with no diet and excercise….

Can you get fat without eating?

No.

Charles asks…

What are some good diets that really work?

I need to lose like 20lbs and I just now and going to start working on that…so what are some diets that really work.

And what are some good exercises for the hip, thighs and belly…

Does running on a treadmill work those areas?

How about some good work out videos?
How about some free websites that can help me out

weight loss cardiff answers:

Try fitday.com. It’s free and you can keep track of your food and exercise and monitor yourself toward your goals. It’s not super fun, but Weight Watchers totally helps. Walking, jogging, elliptical and strength training all help too.
