Know of any weight loss supplements or pills that actually work?

I’ve been looking into maybe buying some type of pill for weight loss. I’m not really overweight I just want to lose a bit of weight. I’m a full time student and work full time so I’m too exhausted to go to workout. I eat right; very right. Just need a little something more. I’ve done some research on a few of the popular pills and I’m just skeptical, it all just looks like one big scam. Anyone actually take something or know of someone who is and has actually seen results? Thanks a lot. 🙂

I took trimspa for about 2 months and lost almost 20lbs. I cut out all soft drink and caffeine along with it. I am also a full time student and I feel the same way about being too tired to go and work out. The only thing about trimspa and many other diet pill is that if you have any heart problems they can be very dangerous. There was one problem I had with trimspa was that I got the jitters so I quit taking them. I can’t fully contribute the jitters to trimspa because I cut out a lot of sugar and caffeine.

I am a 34 year old mother of three. I recently had to start taking Kepra for seizures. I have went from 138 up to 179 in three months. I have had my seizure medication switched due to the weight gain. However, I have not lost any of the weight I gained. I eat very little, so dieting alone does not work. I have no energy. Any suggestions for increasing metabolism or exercises focusing on stomach and hips?

I’ve taken Keppra, so I know that diet and exercise don’t work for that… I found that if I woke up and drank as much water as I could and didn’t eat breakfast for 45 minutes it helped suppress my appetite throughout the day. Just make sure you drink as much water as you can. Avoid products with caffeine in them (that can induce seizures, not to mention losing weight causes your body chemistry to change. The less stress, the less likely you’re going to have a problem). I would also try to start eating more fresh and raw fruits and veggies. Blueberries are good. They have a bit of sugar, but they’ll keep you clean internally. Try to walk for at least thirty minutes in a straight shot every day. The best time for exercise is after the water in the morning. Nothing too strenuous even. Simply walking will wake up your metabolism for the day.

It’s unhealthy and less sustainable to lose more than 2 pounds a week, but if you must it will take some serious effort. Because you will be creating a calorie deficit of 35000 in 2 weeks

Eat 1400 calories, and not less a day otherwise your metabolism will decrease. Eat high protein, low calorie foods like eggs, nuts, and salmon. Become a semi-vegetarian during this time, avoiding chicken and red meat. Switch to skim milk and whole grain. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits, ecspecially low calorie ones… Berries and apples, are ecspecially good for increasing metabolims.
64 oz of water a day- to make you full, and increase metabolism Calorie distribution should be Breakfast=400, Lunch=300, Dinner=300, 4 100 calorie snacks paced equally throughout the day. Don’t eat after 7 o’clock.

Exercise everyday to lose 700 calories, this may take 2+ hours, so it will take lots of dedication, I recommending exercising in two increments. Include Cardio, ab, and stength exercises to increase overall metabolism and fat burning.To increase metabolism for the rest of the day do 50 jumping jacks right after you wake up.

1 Dietary control and exercise. It’s true what they say – all you need to do is watch what you eat, and expend more energy than you consume. It’s really that simple. You can quit reading this list now, you now know everything you need to know and didn’t need to fork over $500 for the privilege of me telling you the secret of losing weight. You don’t need to read a 4,000 page book, you don’t have to buy a tape series, you don’t need to stay up late at night to watch infomercials to understand this basic premise. It’s 100% true.

2 Change your lifestyle. If you’re calling this a “diet,” then you’re going to gain all the weight back (and more) within a few months of losing it. Diets do not work. Diets are temporary. When you change your dietary lifestyle, however, you’re changing your habits – and you’re putting yourself on track for long-term / continued success and weight maintenance. Don’t ever tell anybody you’re on a diet – ever. I’m speaking from experience, here – a reformed low-carber. Worked out well for a while, but ultimately failed because my entire lifestyle didn’t change (permanently).

3 Join an online support group. In my case, I created my own – FatBlasters. It’s essential that you not feel alone, and reaching out to friends (new or old) is typically a smart move. I just heard about PeetTrainer, but didn’t know about it when I began down the road to weight loss. You have to know that others are out there for moral support – they know things that you couldn’t possibly know, and they’ve probably been “in your shoes” at some point in the past (or present). 4 Take before and after photos. I know it sucks to see yourself as a chunky monkey (sorry, that’s what I called myself – if only to get myself motivated to meet my weight loss goal). However, there’s no easier way to illustrate your progress. The “after” photos are far more fun to capture and share, admittedly. Find yourself on Flickr! It’s good to see yourself how others see you. Do you like how you look? In many ways, Flickr helped me lose weight.

5 Hire a substitute teacher. Don’t reach for the brands you know and love immediately – or without thinking first. Eggs are “good” for you, but consider using egg substitutes instead (in fact, many restaurants will let you order lower calorie foods). There are countless “lower” alternatives for you to try. If something different doesn’t taste good, by all means – find a better substitute, or eat less of the original. In some cases, the substitute may be worse for you than the regular version of the product. The good news is, healthier choices are silently replacing their “normal” counterparts – and they taste just as nice.

6 Start reading labels. I know it sucks, but you have to do it – and there’s no way to avoid this tip. If you don’t know what you’re putting in your mouth, you’re flying blind. Don’t assume, either – triple-check the ingredients list and serving sizes. You must rely on yourself for this; nobody else is going to be able to lose the weight or do the math for you. It’s not that complicated a task, but it will require effort. If nothing else, just pay attention to the calorie count.

7 What’s so funny about bovines? If you like cheese, you must buy the Laughing Cow brand, and keep several of the suckers in stock at all times. The individually-wrapped wedges make for excellent snacks, and are wonderful when melted over just about anything edible. I’d be careful about straight-up American cheese, though – it’s oil, but not necessarily as good for you as (say) a slice of cheddar would be. I have yet to find something as calorie-light and filling as Laughing Cow (I don’t know how they do it).

8 Tell your family. You’re not going to lose the weight alone, even if you ARE alone in losing the weight. If you’ve got a family at home, talk to them about it – initially, not incessantly. Let them know what you’re going to do, and that you want (and need) their support. If you don’t let them know, you’re running the risk of them inadvertently sabotaging your efforts. You want them to help you get to your goal(s). You want them to share in your happiness when you’ve made it past a certain mark. Who knows? Maybe some of your new habits will rub off on them and they’ll become healthier people, too?

I couldn’t find the site but i wrote down the info…….this is called the Master Cleanser and you can add your own exercise plan. This diet mix can be taken cold, or hot, laxative tea is taken every night, and in the morning to avoid constipation. Do not eat any solid food this is a all liquid diet………..
2 Tablespoons lemon juice or lime juice
2 Tablespoons real maple syrup (grade b)
1/10 Teaspoon cayenne pepper

you may come across headaches, dizziness, nausea, bad breath, glazed eyes and a heavily coated tongue and You may feel hungry for the first few days but it’s temporary. I need some ideas about easy weight loss. I’m not made of money so no “buy this and you’ll be skinny”. Any tea diets are fine because my mom drinks tea all the time.. Workouts, Eating plans anything that does not involve money.
