Is it normal for an 11 year old girl to weigh 110lbs? (And weight loss tips)?

My daughter is 11 and she weighs 110lbs. She doesn’t look like it very much, but her thighs are a little bigger than her friends. But she is also amazing at long distance running, and I’ve seen that she can run 800m almost non-stop. Help? And any additional tips for weight loss, because I think she needs a little.
I believe she is like 5″ft

Well it also depends on her height too, that makes a little more difference than age. (if she’s taller she’s likely to weigh more) as for weight loss tips, just keep her running and active every day and try and cook healthier main meals. Also watch her snack intake (it doesn’t matter how much, in fact technically the more the better, just make sure the snacks are healthier like an apple or yogurt with water instead of a bag of potato chips and a pop)

Weight loss tips, and ways to gain muscle?

Okay. I am 14 years old and im starting to get a little chubby. Its only going to get worse over the holidays, if I dont do something. Do you have any tips for weight loss, or ways to gain some muscle in the legs and belly area?
Oh, and I eat when I am bored. A LOT. What else can I do?

What you need to do is stop eating when you are bored. You need to get a hobby besides eating. Did the you start gaining weight when you started to get bored? If you are bored. Do your home work, lock yourself in your room and dance to some music. Get a full length mirror and try to belly dance or something, read, draw, color, do arts and crafts.
For exercise ideas do some chores like, sweeping(helps arms) or moping, cleaning windows or picking up trash from outside.
If you are still bored drink 2 classes of water before you start eating and at least you will eat less. If you still do not feel full drink another

Are there any good weight loss supplements that actually work?

I’m 6’1 and 208lbs, and I’ve been working out for years! I’ve been trying to gain weight so I could play linebackers at Virginia Tech. But after 4 years in high school of trying, I think it’s easier to become lighter and play some skill position. So I’m trying to drop weight. I need to maintain muscle at the same time. Which supplements work the best?

I need to lose weight fast. No matter how much I work out and change my eating habits, it doesn’t happen. Does anyone know what supplements out their actually work? They obviously told some buff guy to gain weight, and then lose the weight again (the “after” picture). Which ones work!!!!! I need to lose 25-30 pounds within 3-4 months. Sooner would be great too.

Well here is the problem, the only thing that actually honestly works is ephedra and the FDA is doing their best to ban it.. So Im using stimerex ES but they have just changed their formula thanks to the FDA. But I have a few recommendations which are closer to the old formula and should work. The old formula of Stimerex ES with ephedra works hands down. Ive recommended it to several of my friends and they have all lost weight ..including myself..with no exercise…yes i know this is not healthy..blahblahlabh.. But here is the email I received with the different options:

If you noticed on the website Hi-Tech has changed their formula. We have had this formula for the past 1 1/2 months. It now contains 25mg of Ephedra Extract rather than the 25mg of Ephedrine Group Alkaloids (Both Ephedra but uses a different part of the plant). Also their proprietary blend contain different amounts of the same properties. I believe with Hi-Tech leading the Industry in their Ephedra products they have received a lot of flak from the FDA. Ephedra is not officially banned yet but they changed their formula for what ever reason. Lipodrene and Stimerex are still one of our top selling products, but we do have other products that contain the similar ingredients as the old Stimerex-ES (such as Tri-Stack, ECA Stack, Hydroxyslim, Yellow Cross, Yellow Bullet, etc

I think Tony Ferguson started it, and now every man and his dog has got a weight loss program involving substituting a meal replacement for a proper healthy meal.

I’m sure there were others before Tony Ferguson but they just seem to be more in your face now.

So they supersize my meals and commercialize every Food Place I drive by everyday. Then they over advertise me with all these so called “wonderful” diets.

There are so many different weight loss programs out there that all say they work but can anyone tell me honestly if any worked for them???

This isn’t a weight loss program, but I lost weight a lot of weight by eating the right foods and exercising.

-Avoid foods in saturated fat and added sugar
-Eat in your calorie range (you can google this)
-Exercise a few times a week whether it’s walking, jogging, running, biking, swimming, yoga, or playing a sport
-Keep active. Try taking the stairs instead of taking the elevator
-Don’t eat foods high in fat
-Make dinner and avoid going out to restaurants
-Skip dessert
-Eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 larger meals
-Stay motivated
-Drink water
