Can somebody direct me to a free weight loss site?

im 14 and i weight like 270 pounds and all my friends are slim and most of them have made out with girls and stuff and i havent gotten more than a hug, it not just that i realize that there are girls out there that like guys for their personality but i want to do this for myself so i live longer and look better. so is there any free, and easy to stick to weight loss plans out there? thanks everybody
i dont want to cleanse my body and have to sit on the toilet for 3 hours lol im just looking for an easy thing to stick to 🙂

I couldn’t find the site but i wrote down the info…….this is called the Master Cleanser and you can add your own exercise plan. This diet mix can be taken cold, or hot, laxative tea is taken every night, and in the morning to avoid constipation. Do not eat any solid food this is a all liquid diet………..
2 Tablespoons lemon juice or lime juice
2 Tablespoons real maple syrup (grade b)
1/10 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
8 oz water)
you may come across headaches, dizziness, nausea, bad breath, glazed eyes and a heavily coated tongue and You may feel hungry for the first few days but it’s temporary. You will also feel pain in your lungs. I recommend you to take this for 10 to 15 days make sure you exercise to lose more off the parts you want slim.After this is over you will have intense diarrhea so stay by a bathroom and make sure you take the laxative tea bcuz this is a non food diet may cause the gut to stop passing food (you might pruke)

Does any one have any weight loss ideas?

I need some ideas about easy weight loss. I’m not made of money so no “buy this and you’ll be skinny”. Any tea diets are fine because my mom drinks tea all the time.. Workouts, Eating plans anything that does not involve money.

Does anyone know any good weight loss plans?

I’ve been on weight watchers and I lost a little weight until I went to college, I kept the weight off but havent seen any results since. I love working out and go to the gym everyday, and love fruits and veggies, but sometimes its a lil harder to get those living at college with a budget. So does anyone have any suggestions? It would be greatly appreciated.

For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein 30% carbs.

Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels.
Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chile or any type of bean)

For your carbs stay away from breads, pasta and rice. They do provide energy but they are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.

Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA

Well, I do know one diet I found did work for me, but it’s not an easy diet to deal with, and it’s free as free gets! And I’m probably going to catch a lot of flack for even suggesting this to a child, but try a water diet. It’s suggested normally for about five days, but you might want to start it trying just two days to see if you can handle it. This is the way it goes…

*Side note: I lost five pounds in two days trying this diet, if that’s any indication.

It helps if you have a water cleaning system, like PUR or Brita, because the diet calls for nothing but purified water. If you have something like that, this diet only costs the price of replacing the filter every three months. If you have a fresh filter, then there’s no problem.

But basically, you do nothing but drink water– and maybe occasionally eat an apple or something– they’re mostly water anyway. It’s not an easy program to get through, but after three days (on the full five day program), hunger basically goes away and your body starts feeding off its stored energy (fat). However, since you’re young, again, I’m suggesting maybe trying it for two days and taking a break for a day or two before doing another two days.

The basic trick of this diet is that your body starts dropping stored water and salt from the foods you eat on a regular basis. You’ll have to use the bathroom a lot, but that’s natural for this diet. Whatever food allergies you might have cause swelling that is what’s called “False Fat”, which you’ll lose almost immediately (within three to five days on the full program). Again, it’s a hard diet, but it does work if you really stick to it. Doing it once per month is considered ‘safe’, but it’s basically a fasting. DO NOT do it more than once per month… It can make you sick if you do it more than that. A few days on and a few days off usually helps keep you safely fed and the weight should stay off as you continue to lose it. Remember: No more than five or six days per month.

Cut down on the takeaway food!! And say if you happen to head over to McDonald’s don’t get a Big Mac Meal, instead select a salad or a wrap. They’re significantly better.

Cut down on the carbohydrates and fat. And when you eat many burgers in your diet aim to substitute it for ground turkey in its place. By simply replacing a couple of items can really change lives.

Drink soy milk, it’s got a lesser amount of calories and it’s much healthier.

Do a cardio exercise at least twenty minutes every day.

Remember it’s okay if you happen to slip. Just picture your self immediately after and say ‘I CAN do this!’ Don’t think of it so much as a diet, think of it more of a approach to life and trust me, the unwanted weight will come off.
