What is the best method to lose weight fast?

I am 20 pounds overweight, and I was just wondering what are some weight loss treatments, methods, etc. to lose weight fast? I am dieting already, and one of my friends told me to try slim9 diet pills. I know there are other ways in loosing weight than just using pills -__- They also recommended Herbal life, but I don’t know -__-

Avoid snacking on unhealthy foods-stick to healthy low fat snacks

Excercise; do cardio.

Reduce stress levels (said to increase weight)

Avoid fizzy drinks

Increase your fibre

Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice. Juice is often sweetened

The thing that will help the most is cardio so try and go out for a run etc

How to lose weight rapidly without dieting?

I am 5 ft 10in tall, 15 years old, and weigh 280 pounds. I have been trying to lose weight, but everytime I diet or even just try to eat healthier, I always end up binging. In fact, I binge almost daily, which has led to my rapid weight gain. I want to know if their is an easy way for me to stop binging and lose weight fast without dieting.

Sorry to disappoint you but it is easier to lose weight if you watch your diet and count calories. You can exercise everyday but you still need to eat less to lose weight.

Third: Listen as the body speaks. Each and everyone’s body metabolism reacts differently to different fast weight loss programs and plans. Try substituting one program for another to compensate the body’s reaction. Exercise program must be suitable to one’s body, as others are not able to exercise as rigorously as others can. If walking is all that can be done, then walk for this is proven the best exercise. Muscles burn more calories than fats so it’s also best to put on a little muscle and looking good too.

Fourth: Eat more fibers for it makes a person full sooner and stays in the tummy longer, slowing down the rate of digestion. A single serving of whole grain bread moves fat through the digestive system faster. Grains turn into blood sugar that spikes the body’s insulin level. Thus, making the body more energized and ready to tell the body when it should stop burning fats or start storing.

Fifth: Keep away from fried foods especially deep-fried as this contains a great amount of fat. Although fish and chicken appear leaner than beef, this white meat can contain more fat than when a beef is fried. It is recommended for those on strict diet to opt for grilled food as this does not have or contain less amount of fat after the food is cooked.

Sixth: Takes lots of fluid. Drinking at least six to eight glasses of water a day keeps the body refreshed. Since weight loss depends on how the body eliminates body wastes, the body must stay hydrated.

All in all, discipline and consistency is still the best practice and the key to a rapid weight loss success. Light dieting, workout, and right amount of supplementation applied in a regular way everyday will result in faster weight loss than having a massive action only to be followed a return to old habits as this would only lead to gaining more weight than when the weight loss plan has started.

Does anyone know any easy, fast weight loss solutions that actually work?

I’m looking for something that will really work quickly and i don’t really have a lot of time for exercise, i think my problem also is I don’t have time to eat so I snack instead of having meals, or go a whole day without food and then pig out at night. Anyone with any ideas to help?

I see two problems that can easily help you trim down. First, you stated “you snack instead of eating meals”, I suggest you watch what you snack on, for instants, snack on fresh fruits, veg’ts, nuts, grain, or snack, fruit, and yogurt bars.
Secondly, you pig out at night! I suggest you stop and just eat a well balance meal. Don’t overdo it just because you skipped a meal.

Is there any pills you can take to help lose weight that are easily found, like not needing a prescription? Any suggestions on easy weight loss, i need to lose it by January 6th if i can. Thanks.

Hi May, sorry about these jerks on here who think they know every and are not answering your question. Diet and exercise is the best way to go for long term weight lost, everyone knows that but sometimes we need a little extra boost in the beginning. But, anyway enough rambling I dont know of any OTC weight loss pills, let me if you find a good one. But be careful and do your research about the pill you will be taking.

What is the best way to lose weight without starving or taking pills? I’m not fat, I just gained a few pounds over winter. The trick is, i love to eat. Is there anything that’s easy to stick to, especially when it’s hard to control what i eat because we eat family meals together? Any suggestions would be good. Thanks.

Find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
Eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast – they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner – repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
Ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I denied that I would get freshmen fifteen again and again….but I got the freshmen fifteen.
I’ve tried lots of things to try and shed the weight…nothing really works for me.
However, I discovered that I have an easier time just eating less.
And by less I mean, less than 1000 calories a day (usually 600-800 per day).
I currently weigh ~130 give or take, Height is 5 feet 4 inches and I am 18 years old.
I would really like to go back to my starting weight (115 pounds or less).
If I plan to eat under 1000 calories for the summer (since the bathing suit I got last year doesn’t fit anymore!) how much weight could I lose per week/month?
Also, if you have any pro-ana tips/tricks or anything like that, it would be great!

I wont lecture you 😛 I think its good if your doing it for the right reasons and want to be fit and healthy and in good shape. What i suggest is having a good diet and a good excersise routine. This is what i do. Im also 18, but im quite a bit taller then u so i wont mention my weight. But I work out 5 days a week (aint no way im working out on the weekend hehe) But mondays i do weights for my back and arms and chest. Then 30 mins of cardio at high level intensity. Tuesday I do legs and butt. Repeat the 30 min intense cardio. Wednesday i do my abs and obliques… And u guessed it.. 30 mins of intense cardio. Thursday and friday i just do Only cardio for longer than 30 mins.. On nice days i usually take these days to the park or something. Diet wise i am only eating Low fat foods that i can find.. Whole wheat breads.. No salts, no sugars and just water, and a cup or two of coffee because this speeds up your metabolism. I hope this helped. I do this and personally know my body is tighter and fitter and i feel all together better 🙂
