How much weight do you think I could lose in x amount of days with this routine?

Hello!
Basically, I have a weight loss blog/fitblr on Tumblr and I mean a lot of people depend on me, but I have got to really lose weight right now.
I’m going to state testing on April 16th? I believe and my current weight is 203 and height is 5’7 5’8. Now you’re probably like why the hell does she need to lose weight for state testing, well.. there is a dude there and I just don’t want to disappoint him with my looks. (Don’t hate with what I said, I know it’s stupid that I care what others think).

I’m going to eat 500 calories a day [at most] and bike ride every other day along with running 1-2 miles a day on the days I don’t ride my bike. Also my everyday exercises that burn about 500 calories.
It is un healthy, I know. But how much weight do you think I could lose with this routine? xx

I know it seems logical that eating such a small amount of calories will mean fast weight loss but you could put your body into starvation mode meaning it clings onto every bit of fat that its got, making it harder to lose weight and causing your weight to pile on when you go back to eating normally.

Instead, consider eating about 1500 calories minimum packed with protein and, combined with exercise you should still be in a significant (but safe) calorie deficit.

What are the risks of losing weight while pregnant?

I’m overweight and losing weight. I’m not doing it on purpose. Actually I’m trying to eat more every day, but I keep losing a quarter pound a day. I’m not vomiting at all. I don’t know why this is happening and I can’t seem to stop it. What are the risks to the baby if I continue to lose weight?
I’m eating about 3x what I normally would eat before I got pregnant. More than double my husband.
Just wanted to let everyone know that my first trimester is almost over and I have stopped losing weight.
Even though I lost a few pounds, my belly is still growing outward and very round. In fact, it looks like I’ve gained weight.
Thanks so much for all of your advice and concern. I did check with a doctor and also went for a second opinion. Everything is fine since I’m a super healthy eater. They assume the weight loss is from all the sleep that I have been doing.

As long as you are not doing it on purpose, you are fine. Just make sure you are eating what you are supposed to be eating. I have lost and gained weight throughout my entire pregnancy. I once lost 9 lbs in just a few days. My doctor said as long as I’m drinking enough water and I’m eating what I’m supposed to be eating, the baby will be fine. Fetuses take what they need, even if it’s at the expense of the mother. So, basically, your baby is taking from you and that’s why you are losing the weight. Just bring it up at your next doctor’s appointment. But I wouldn’t worry about it.

I lose almost 15 lbs in few months, and this month my preriod later for 2 weeks can I be pregnant?

My period late for almost 2 weeks now, and for last 3 months I lose almost 15 lbs. I had 2 hpt one last week and one this Thursday but both (-). Usually people gain weight while pregnant, can I be lose weight while pregnant?

That’s normal. You’ve changed your habits, and so has your body! It should come back soon. If not, go to your doctor. I doubt that will be necessary though. Don’t worry, happened to me when I lost a few pounds!

im tired of feeling fat and unattractive im only 2 1/2 months so i was wondering if its possible to lose weight while pregnant without hurting my baby.

It is possible but i think that would be a bad idea considering what ever you eat also has to go to the baby which has to grow healthy. You should ask you doctor before you consider trying to lose weight wile your pregnant. Or just wait to lose weight after you give birth.

If you lose inches does weight loss follows?

I don’t lose weight easily but been trying to and lost some inches not weight. I weighted myself and was always the same weight but my pants were now fitting which meant i lost inches. now suddenly I lost 8lbs in two weeks. is that normal? Do you lose inches and then lbs or is that weird. Just asking because I have never lost weight so suddenly like that and want to make sure is not something else????? thank you

Over time yes
One thing to keep in mind is if you are working out your building muscle which are more dense.
Muscles also way more than fat so doing stregth training will help. If your not losing weight but builing muscle the inches will decrease

I am 12 years old and I’m about 5 feet and 4 inches tall and I weigh 108 pounds I feel like im fat i probably am but I want to lose some wight i walk to school everyday and I have to take Ripped and fit classes 2 days a week but how else can i lose weight easily?

I’m a size 14. Don’t lecture me, I didn’t say I was going to go without eating for two weeks, I’m just curious. I lose weight really easily too, if that helps.

You will lose a lot of weight fast at first, but then it will start to slow down. I starved myself for 3 days and lost 10 pounds… But that was after struggling with an eating disorder for a while. Then when you start eating again you will gain the weight a lot faster then when you lost it. And you wouldnt die. One can live for at least a month without food as long as you drink water. Without water less than a week

How can I lose weight without a lot of exercise? I have tryed so many diffrent things, and nothing has seemed to work for me. I have tryed everything. Does anyone have any secrets? Is there anything out there that I can do without breaking my budget?

Weightwatchers is the best diet out there. Also you have to exercise at least 3 days a week and hard enought that you break a sweat.

I am 17 years old, height is 5’7, weight is 190 pounds. I dont do very much activity just walking around the house, up and down staris, shopping, etc. I really want to lose weight and I was wondering how many calories should I eat in a day when I dont exercise? Do I HAVE to exercise to lose weight? Or can I lose weight without exercise… and how many calories should I eat if I DO exercise? Please please pleaseeeeeee help!!!! thanks!

My mum lost weight without exercise, she cut out all sugars though, even natural fruit sugars.
But she ate her veges, meats and didn’t have breads.
She lost 10 pounds pretty quick and now looks awesome =]

Eat less. If you really CAN’T give up fast food then just eat less when you go there. Also, maybe don’t think about it as exercise, but try forcing yourself to move a little more. For example, park further away when you go to the store so you have to walk a little more. Maybe try taking the stairs if you’re only going up a couple flights. If you will do absolutely no exercise, then really the only thing you can do is eat less and better.
