Want to look good for graduation. lose some weight?

Hey everyone, i need some help with losing weight. Well its may 6 and my graduation is may 25. I want to lose atleast 10 pounds and gane some muscle by the time its my graduation. and wat i need help with is a meal plan. i need a very good meal plan for a 13 year old teenager. And i seen alot of meal plans on the internet that are good but they have expensive food and u have to eat alot of food. I want one that is cheap and enough to fill me up but not alot of food though lol. the problem i had with the meal plan was breakfast and lunch. i eat breakfast in the morning but my school lunch is like at 10:10 am so like 2 hours after breakfast so i was planning on not eating at lunch .so i need a meal meal that has atleast 3 meals a day please!!!! and if u can give me tips on losing belly fat and chest fat easily than tell me. i have alot of muscle on my arms so i only need it for chest and abs to get rid of belly fat. i want to lose atleast 10 pounds and gain muscle by my graduation!!!!

What is the most best way to lose weight and get back into shape?

I’m a 15 year old girl with a weight of 63kg. I used to be 45kg when I was 13. And I’m really hoping to go back into that number. I jog 2 and a half big rounds 3 times per week. I’m really want to lose weight maybe at a shortest time and I also wanna get back into shape. As my body now is actually building up fats which I’m afraid to let it continue.

So is the jogging thing enough or is there another proper way? Should I do sit ups and push ups to shapee up my body? If yes, how many times? How should my eating habits be when I’m also easily hungry as I’m a teenager in a puberty stage? What way should I follow to grow taller and make my legs slimmer? Please help to give me good tips. I’m really hopping to lose weight like maybe back to 50kg and get back into shape. Thanks allot. 🙂

Tips/Advice on How to lose weight in as little as 4 months?

I’m 16 years old, 5′ 4″, 130 lbs. This has always been my weight since as long as I can remember and I am not content. I have a huge tummy that I can’t seem to get rid of and I give up easily all together. I eat a lot of junkfood, specfically chips. About 3-4 bags a week. I know it’s really bad but it’s just a habit I’ve had since I was 6 years old. I blame myself for not taking care of my body when I became a teenager because now I can’t help it. I’m not very active but I’m willing to do anything I can to lose weight. I eat a lot of fiber due to some constipation problems I had. I hardly ever eat meat. I would love to have a smaller tummy and I would love to lose atleast 20 pounds. I want to lose fat, not weight. I think it’s stupid to starve yourself do I really need advice. PLEASE HELP!

4 months is plenty of time to lose weight, so lets get right into it.

I think you know yourself some of the problems. While you cannot condone eating lots of chips, here is a wee tip for you:

Try and eat the chips directly after your workout. They are less likely to be stored as fat after working out, due to depleting your energy stores.

As for other times, try to cut out processed carbs like bread, pasta and rice. Also cut out junk food most of the time. Try to eat lean meats, fish, fruit, veggies and healthy fats.

Start trying to workout and burn some fat. Does not mean expensive gym memberships, you can do great fat burning workouts at home. Which are frankly better than using them gym machines that are rubbish at burning body fat.

Weight loss question, how to lose weight safe and easily.?

My friend is in dire need of weight loss, she doesn’t have much energy and can’t afford to buy weight loss products, like gnc, or trima spa, etc. She won’t see a Doctor no matter how many times I bug her. She can’t exercise in her apartment cause she lives on the second floor, so she don’t want to make any noise. No treadmill or exercise bike. She eat’s ok, salad twice a day and dinner she just pigs out. And always eating snacks. I don’t know what to do to help her, I’ve tried almost every outdoor and indoor exercise. Biking, walking, situps etc. She has problems getting off the floor, she’s a big girl. I would like to honestly help her cause I am her only friend really, I tried to get her in exercise classes but she’s just a big girl and she’s self conscience so she won’t do it. I just want to help her, I know hard work lie’s ahead but I need simple easy non stressing exercise’s and easy workout plans any help is surley appericated, in acheiving her weight loss.

Hey everybody, my name is James. Im 15 years old, 16 in january. I weigh 167 lbs, and im sort of chubby. Christmas break is coming up starting friday and i get two weeks off shcool. i would like to come back stunning everyone. plese will someone give me a diet plan, i have access to most all foods, for 14 days. For me, it was going to a local diet doctor (in Kansas, Oklahoma) and subscribing to some pills to the tune of $60 dollars a month. My appetite did not diminish– it disappeared entirely. I lost twenty pounds within a month. Every morning, I’d step on the scale and be a pound or two lighter than I was the day before. It was fantastic!

Unfortunately, I was not wise enough during that time to develop a workout regimine, and I gained it all back within two months when I stopped taking the pills. I’m thinking it’s time to go back…

You didn’t gain the weight back because you never started exercising, you gained it back because you needed to eat. It’s easy to lose weight while you’re starving yourself and hyped up on drugs.
Losing weight takes time and losing 20 pounds in a month is not realistic. You didn’t gain it over night and it won’t come off over night. Just start eating healthy, getting plenty of fruits and veggies and exercise every day. A brisk walk is sufficient to start with, you needn’t sweat at the gym for 2 hours a day. You’ll feel better, the weight will start to come off and because you are changing your habits for good and not just temporarily, it will stay off.

Safe way to Lose weight fast and Easily?

i don’t want surgery,or pills, or to starve my self (i tried it and it didn’t work (jk)). Just 50 pounds off this body by the end to this school year. and im a 9th grader so no alcohol or drugs.

The healthiest goal you can make is to lose around 2-4 pounds a week. So 50 pounds isn’t far off.

The best way to lose weight and the healthiest way is by portioning your meals (if you’re the type to eat fastfood or other unhealthy food than you’ll have to ween yourself off) and doing some sort of cardio excercise. Taking a multi-vitamin is good too.

I have heard several people that when they eat (at home or at restaurants) they lay a napkin over a part of the food, say about 1/3 of the plate, and only eat the visible food. Also eating slowly helps the food sink in and you’ll get full before you finish your meal.

Your body burns carbs (simple, as well as complex sugars) as it’s main source of energy. What you want to be burning is fat, which the only way to do so is to elevate your heart rate. The best way to do this is by running or riding a bike. I suggest riding a bike since it is lower impact and your body will last longer.

ALL diets you see out there will work but only for a short time, and as soon as you return to your old ways the weight will come back and usually a lot faster, and possibly more than you had before the diet. Maintaining a healthy diet will obviously allow the weight to stay off, but usually if you return to your old eating habits the wieght won’t come back as fast.

If you stick with a healthy eating schedule with proper portions and excercise, you’ll feel a lot better not only about your self but mentally and emotionally.

im 18 years old..ive weighed roughly 185 to 190 pounds for the longest time..for the past couple of months ive been exercising and eating healthier..and i currently weigh 163ish..which is the least ive weighed in years.does anyone have any helpful hints on losing weight and tightening my skin and muscle so im not all flabby like most people!..

If you go to lediet.com you can sign up for a free weight loss program. You don’t even have to exercise! All you do is take like a 20 minute survey on the foods you like to eat and then you can choose the “intensity” of a program you want to go on. It then automatically tells you how much you should eat of what for each meal of the day, and gives you a “menu” for each day of the week. My aunt did the highest intensity level the week before her son’s wedding and lost 7 pounds in 7 days! Another good weight loss tip is when eating food, (I know this sounds weird) but put it on a smaller plate. If you tend to put your food on big plates, and there is a lot of empty room, it will look like a smaller portion than it really is, and subconsciously you won’t be as full. However, if you put the same portion on a smaller plate you’ll feel more full and won’t have the need to eat more. A final tip is try and cut out “mindless munching”. I notice this happens to me and my family when watching TV or on the computer or reading or something, but try to eliminate this by munching on healthy snacks. Actually, my mom has this new thing where she freezes grapes, (just wash them like you’d normally eat them and stick them in the freezer) and then she sucks on them and eats them. It actually tastes like candy and now she munches on these instead of sugary snacks. Hope this all helps, and wish you the best! 🙂
