Any drastic ways to lose weight in 2 weeks?

I’m 22yrs old and a guy. I am overweight but not by much. My brother’s wedding is in 2 weeks and all i’m looking for is a way to drastically lose weight in the next 2 weeks so I look better at the wedding and then after that I don’t mind as much about gaining the weight back. After the wedding I’ll have more time so I will try and stick to a diet.

** You should try drinking 8 to 16 ounces of water before each meal, this will fill you up and you will eat less, resulting in less calories at every meal. Weight loss pills are not very safe, at least water is safe. I know it may be hard at first to drink water, but you can add more and more everyday until it becomes easier, ( you will get used to it. I lost 50 pounds in three years and kept them off , I also walk for 20 minutes at least 5 times a week. Patience is needed,, if you want quick, this is not it, better to lose slowly than too fast (not healthy for your body) Well good luck too you, hope this helps.

P.S. I also think that the younger you are the faster you will lose weight, 50 years and up will take longer.

How do I start a jogging program for weight loss?

I am a 20 year old college student going into my 3rd year. I have been eating poorly and not exercising very well since I have been here. Also I am not overweight, but i could def lose a few.

Jogging needs a lot of stamina, and for that healthy meals isn’t just enough! Increase water and protien intake! And a bit of carbos is required too.

Early mornin joggin wil be fine, and a little bit of night walk after dinner will give better result!

15 mins is pretty less, start up with half an hour and you’ll gradually feel like increasing 😉 cause ofcourse u’ll get passion soon!! 😉

and one more thing!!

For greater stamina and higher protien intake,,
please try taking whey protien with milk evry morning! And you’ll never go tired tho whole day!

What are easy teen friendly weight loss tips?

I am 14 5’4 and lets say somewhere between 125 – 150 lbs
thats not healthy
i really need to lose some weight

i have soccer every weekday for two hours and and almost always exercise on the weekends. i have been eating smaller portions and lots of fiber so i stay full longer. i have also been laying off fat – filled foods. i have been at this for at least a month but no results.

please help.

p.s. im not gonna stop eating or use diet pills
also if anyone has any workout ideas i would greatly appreciate it

oh and i cant join a gym so dont start with that either
you said count calories trust me I have I eat about 1,350 calories a day
that is the recommened amount is for those trying to lose weight

What is your best weight loss tip?

I have been dieting and I have lost a few pound. Instead of fitting into a size 9, I’ve gone down into fitting into the size 2-5 range but I still have a bit of belly fat I want to get rid of 🙂

My best tip is to work out 4-5 times a week and focus on aerobics for at least 45 minutes.

What are some weight loss tips that have really worked for you guys? I though it’d be really interesting to see what else works for others.

I have lost weight by cutting down servings, not going back for seconds and giving up sweets and less carbs. Drink more water and less or no sweet drinks. My activity includes walking 3 or 4 days a week along with other activities and sports which include exercise. I did not lose fast but in 2 months about 7 pounds. Good luck and stay with it.
