1)The very first thing u should keep in your mind and that is the extra weight u put on didn’t come in overnight so it is not possible and also unrealistic to take it off quickly. You have to show patience. Please remember learning to eat well and exercise is the only solution to long-term weight loss.
2)The 2nd important thing is that your body weight is controlled by the number of calories you eat and the number of calories you use each day. So, if you consume fewer calories than you burn, you will lose weight. You can do this by becoming more physically active or by eating less.
3)The 3rd important thing is never skip ur meal or go to a crash diet. Don’t ever try to starve urself. It is very important to understand that when you skip a meal or go on a crash diet, the result is that it slows your metabolism to conserve your energy. And when you lose weight too quickly for a few days, your body thinks it is threatened with starvation and goes into survival mode. It fights to conserve your fat stores. 6)No Junk Food, Potato & Sugar Please.
7)Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can. Pls remember water is a natural appetite suppressant.
8)Make you habit to use brown bread & sugar. Skimmed or low fat milk & yogurt.

10)Make ur habit to eat once a day a vegetable soap or Thai soup (as ur dinner or lunch) But remember no corn flour in it.

Okay, I know, the best way and basically the only way to lose weight is to work out. But, I know that if you drink a LOT of water a day, it helps a lot and so does avoiding soda and stuff like that. Besides pills or wraps or anything like that, anybody want to give me good tips?
Example: keep a food journal
the person who gives me the most tips gets 10 points, but they have to be good tips, not fake ones or anything like that.

16, M, 185 lbs, relatively no muscles (except for legs). Weight loss tips?

Let me give a bit more information. I take Grade 11 gym, which is every other school day for an hour and 15 minutes. Im pretty sure that I have hyper-hydrosis (I sweat a bit more than others do). I do hardly any exercise outside of school. I do a lot of eating after school (KD, chips, other foodstuffs). I want to lose weight to help prepare for a school production. Can anybody help me out? It would be greatly appreciated.

Walking is easy everyone can do it and it is known as a safe weight loss program just increase the amount of walking you do each day and cut down on the amount of unnecessary calories you take in daily and soon you should see your weighing scales come down thereby giving you all the incentive you need to carry on with your new safe weight loss program.

I wouldnt trust any of those.the safest way is diet and exercise alone..any pill that they say is “Natural” must pass through your liver..take vitamins and a well balanced diet and exercise and you wont need any diet pills…either that or take the diet pills and take a HUGE chance at liver failure.

If’ve you’ve just started working out your body will initially retain water for your muscles that you’re working out.

Is the quality protein lean?

The 4-5 small meals a day is a great idea, with lean protein.

A normal & safe weight loss would not be in excess of 2 lbs a week.

Also, anyone giving answers about acai – ignore them. The only thing you will lose is money.
