Is it okay to take diet pills in combination with birth control?

The birth control is Lo Lesterin Fe (not sure on spelling haven’t picked it up at pharmacy yet) and I want to use diet pills. Don’t lecture me on it. What diet pills have people had success with and is it okay to take with birth control?

I’m a 30 year old female who can’t take diet pills with stimulants. My diet consists mainly of dairy and pasta, so I need a carb blocker or fat burner. I’ve checked out numerous websites claiming to be impartial but they all turn out to be promoting one brand or another. Any advice, and please, I know that exercise is the best way to lose weight and i am active. So diet pill advice only, please.

I did the Atkins diet for 2 weeks and lost a stone, but the best – and safest way to loose weight is to drink loads of water and excersise (go for a walk or do extra house work, I did and it works!) I found it hard to keep to at first, but now i feel great and my skin looks really fresh. In six months I’ve gone from a size 14 to a size 10. Give it a try and in six months you’ll be looking and feeling great!

I am looking for an effective and fast-working diet pill that will aid me in my substantial weight loss plan. I’ve tried almost all of them without any success, until I recently found Mega T green tea with hoodia pills. They really do work to help control appetite, without drugs or any jitters. I find I can still eat if I want to, but the intense cravings are just gone, and I do fine with my planned healthy low calorie eating plan. And the best part is that I only spend $4 for a 15 day supply of them from Walmart. Way better than the $20 and up for Trimspa, hydroxycut, Alli, etc.
I wouldn’t call them magic pills, I know that i have to do my part, but taking them makes it all a lot easier because I am satisfied with small portions, and those awful cravings are gone.

Good luck, if you plan on liposuction! I would never even think of it (but I’m completely terrified of needles). Being committed to exercise just 3 times a week and sticking to low fat foods, I can’t see how anyone can’t lose weight. I lost 15 pounds in 6 months doing this. No pills, no depriving myself, no liposuction. Just treadmill or bike 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week, and adjusted my eating habits a little. I would reward myself once every weekend with some kind of junk food (a chocolate bar, cheeseburger, milkshake…). Easy, low cost weight loss program?

Okay, so technically my weight is about average, but that doesn’t seem to satisfy me. I’m 5’1” and weigh 140-145 lbs. I’ve looked up what I should weigh and it’s anywhere from 109-135-ish lbs.

To get to the point… I’m looking for a weight loss program to follow to get off about 20-30 lbs and fast! I’m hoping within a month. Though I don’t want to have to spend too much money on it and I don’t want to have to take diet pills and do 3 hours of work-out a day.

i am 17 6’2 and 245 lbs i need diet help lol im trying to impress someone and need to drop a good 40 pounds across the summer school vacation.ive been jogging everyday for 20-30 minutes and plan on goin to the gym to lift weights.i really wanna know wat else i can do to lose more weight faster and wondering if my eating schedule is ok.
-cup or milk for breakfast
-lunch:2 fruits/2 veggies/2 eggs with olive oil/whole lot of water
-no dinner(not hungry)
and when i say im not hungry i honestly mean it and i take a daily vitamin
and will goin to the gym help or should i stick with jogging
if this schedule seems to be wrong please gimmi tips on what i can do to lose weight.

Teenage weight loss isn’t easy is it? You might try taking 6 small snacks. It’s probably not a good idea to do without meals. Just keep the metabolism nice and fast with small snacks.

Your breakfast might be better with protein. Porridge is good fiber for breakfast, but don’t be afraid of bulking it out with eggs and ham and so on.

You’re doing well with the jogging, though muscle weighs more than fat. But keep the jogging going, short spurts are good.

Weight loss is a big subject so start to form your own plan from other people’s tips and see what works for you or join a group. There’s also the option of getting meals delivered if you can afford it.

if u wanna lose weight but dont hurt yourself a lot i got some tips that i figured through my long termed diet and that way u can eat more!
Drink a lot of water
DON’T eat any food for 3hours after u exercise
dont take cold showers after exercising tht will stop ur metabolism
eat a lot of vegetable and fruit before main food so u wont be hungry and u will eat less
2glasses of water after each meal
dont eat food for an hour before u sleep

If someone has problems with weight loss he should be tested for hypothyroidism.

The following blood tests should be done: TSH, FT4, FT3 and most importantly anti-thyroid antibodies.
