Would running everyday help me lose weight faster then running every other day?

It sounds obvious that running everyday would help me lose weight faster but ive ran 3 days straight about a mile each day and today i wasn’t sweating much and my legs got swore.faster then i expected.Does it mean i need to rest an extra day?Will i lose weight faster every day or every other day?

I’m no pro, but my opinion is that you should run every other day. You don’t want to be too hard on your body. If you’re getting sore faster, my guess is that you’re already sore, so you need to take a bread. Of course, it will take longer to lose weight.

Just so you know, when you exercise and get sore, it actually burns weight faster because your body has to use more energy to repair the muscles, so getting sore isn’t bad, but it does have its limits.

Can you combine lemon detox ingredients with a normal diet to lose weight?

I’m 17, 125lbs (57kg) and 5’7. I want to lose weight, but since I live with parents at home with cooked meals etc, making healthier choices at mealtimes is mostly out of my hands. And I can hardly not eat anything and go on the lemon detox diet for 3 days.

So will drinking each day something like half cup water, half cup squeezed lemon juice, and a teaspoon of cayenne pepper help me? Is its effect minimal and not worth it?

I’m in the same boat! I’ve decided to eat more in the mornings, less in the evenings, I pretty much have stopped eating after 5pm and begin to drink the lemon detox every time I get hungry. I try to eat a lot of fiber rich food in the mornings, fruits, veggies, and little carbs! Plus, during the day I spread out little portions of food so I’m never really hungry, and along with the lemon drink, i drink fruit juice as well, or snack on a handful of cheerios, just drink a lot of water so your body can get ride of the water weight, I divide my weight in half and that is the amount of ounce of water i need to drink a day. I’ve been only doing this for about a week, but feel better. You can do it!

I am 5 foot 4 inches in height, and I weigh about 135 pounds.

Nothing to do with miles , to lose weight you need to get to an energy deficit so your body burns fat that happens for most people after about(approx) an hour, get a heart monitor and run for an hour with your heart rate about 30% above your resting heart rate( you don’t have to run non-stop just keep the heart rate up) then run for longer at 40 or 50% above your resting heart rate , as you get fitter you can go to twice the resting heart rate, but don’t for normal purposes let it go above about 180 bpm .
This is basically the reason why 45 and 60 minute gym sessions don’t seem to work very well, as far as the body is concerned that’s just a warm up

Don’t go below 1200 calories. Too few calories and your body starts losing muscle to intentionally lower your metabolism making it harder to lose weight and all the easier to put it back on later.

1200 is fine though if you can stick to it. Remember though to measure your portion sizes careful – half of those who estimate their portion sizes are off by over 30%, which can slow down your weight loss or even ruin it from unintentional and uncounted calories.

I have a mesomorph body type and tend to lose weight easily. I have been consuming about 1300-1500 calories and doing 40 minutes of brisk walking everyday. How long after incorporating exercise will I begin to see weight loss results?

How much are u walking thoygh? I walk 5miles 5x a week and eat 1500 and lost 58 lbs in 4 months. No sugar no caffine. Caffine prevents ur body from burning fat. U burn the caffine instead. Good luck

Okay so i was 176 about 6 weeks ago now I’m down to 155 with diet and exercise. I just started my period and I’m kind of bloated. Even with my exercise and diet, will i not lose weight this week due to this?

Other than feeling bloated… Your exercise and diet won’t really be affected by pms. Just keep doing what you’re doing. Don’t weigh yourself while on your period while exercising because you’re retaining water; and you’ll only upset yourself. But, just keep doing what you’re doing.

Okay, to get into shape , speed up your metabolism, rid yourself of excess fat and lose weight ,,,,,do as follows:

Stop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly)
eat fruits & vegetables all you can (buy a food/rice steamer to make it easy on you)…(vegetables are not tasty, like junk foods,, but can be as you aquire your taste to them..and are loaded with energy and nutrients)…avoid all junk food, cokes, sweets, etc…and drink water . If you eat meat ,,eat only steamed fish or chicken.

Also, do an hour of running, walking each day at least. Or some type of excercise.

* you should lose about 10 lbs per month

Will I start losing weight next week?

I have been starving myself and after binging for about 3 months now. I know it’s bad and really unhealthy and that’s why I went to a doctor. She gave me some iron supplements which cause my constipation and a 1800 calories diet. She says that I will get healthier and iI will lose the weight I want. But I’m doing that for a week and no results. I have even gained 2 pounds!
Will I lose weight next week or should I stop it?

I think you should stop to it, because you should first aftercare your health.
But don’t suddenly eat a lot, keep a balanced diet and enough sport, you will become slim.

Fat cannot turn into muscle. They are completely different tissues.

My advice would be to focus on weight loss first. Dieting is the fastest way to go. But if you’re itching to do some weight training, go for it! Do the things that excite you most. When you see results, it will keep you going.
