Easy weight loss without pills or diet foods like south beach or weightwatchers??

Im turning 12 years old on August 8th.
I am 5 foot 1.
I went to the doctor and weighed 105 lbs in Early May and later every day at school id skip breakfast and lunch and eat a sandwhich as a snack after school and then dinner.
but now the scale says 115 =[
starving obviously does NOT work.
but eating the right about of food each meal does help.
i cant always count all the calories everyday.
but i run on a treadmill for 30 min. once ina while (maybe 5 times a month lately)
but im starting to run for an hour each morning on the treadmill (past two days), take a shower, and eat a late breakfast. then i eat dinner and sometimes have a snack b4 that.

i cant buy weight loss foods or pills. unless i can use some household pill to help.

my mom doesnt know i want to lose weight but she did overhear me on the phoen saying to my friend i think im fat.

im a size xs in hollister, and a size 0 in pants.

anyway i weigh 115 pounds and i want to lose weight.

help me?

Here is what I would do. Use an almost crash diet without feeling sick. Eat 3-4 times a day with only the right amount of servings of calories. Eat breakfast (cereal with whole grains, low fat milk, and fruit) ,lunch (turkey sandwich no mayo ,water, and even low fat chips) ,snack ( anything to get some fruit in like a low fat smoothie) ,and dinner ( meat , water , veggies, and a little potatoes). I lost almost 5 pounds in about 3days and with a little extersize you could lose 10 pouns in about 4 days. Hope it helps. P.S. Never go on the celbrity diet you will just get sick.

Do things to sock the system in good way.

1). Turn vegetarian.
2). Drink a gallon of water.
3). Eat a little fat if you are not eating it or getting it.
4). Increase the intensity of exercises or increase the Number of repetitions.

It is over all calories per day that is the most important thing and eating right and eating healthy is the rule.

Must adjust the count within aw eekk or two or it can get out of hand.

I’ve been almost crash dieting, well eating really really healthy! I was told if I gain any weight back in the next 3 days my surgery is cancelled. I am starting the liquid diet. Should I worry that I ate a little more than usual today or should I not worry because I’ll lose weight on the liquid diet? I will lose weight, right?

You will lose. Don’t worry about it.

You are on the liquid diet right now to shrink your fatty liver. So be very compliant right now because if your liver is too fatty and large, and the surgeon cannot work around it, he/she won’t be able to do the surgery. You are also doing some sort of bowel cleanse the night before, right? That will drop a pound or two.

MOST IMPORTANT! Do NOT weigh yourself right now. It is crazy enough. If you are following your doctor’s guidelines then you have nothing to worry about.

How do I lose weight in 2 weeks before school p.e starts up?

I’m 5 foot 1 inch tall and I weigh 123lbs. 14yrs old.
Winter break is coming up, and it’s 2 weeks long and I really want to lose some weight, mostly off my stomach and my legs before p.e. I want it to be flat. I don’t feel happy with the way I look. people tell me I’m not fat. but I don’t think I want to believe them… I eat pretty well, and I exercise frequently I guess is a good word… any advise?

You may not like this, but its going to take some time.
The only healthy way to loose that weight (and probably in your case just build muscle) is not a quick fix that most people like.

(also, you will initially lose weight, then you will gain weight, because muscle weights more than fat. If you want an accurate measure of how well your doing, do body measurments, like around thighs…ect…)

(these exercises will work if you don’t have acess to a gym or weights)

i have the same issue. Squats are especially good for thighs. Also try lunges, you can vary it by adding weights (start low, it may not feel like a lot at first, but the more you do it, the heavier it seems) or doing walking lunges. Whatever you do, you must do it in reps. I usually go ffor 3 sets of 12.
Another killer one is the ‘wall sit’ you do this, again in a few reps, for 1 or 2 minuets at a time.

For you stomache, there are many different kinds of sit ups you can do.

Remember to take at least one day off in the week.

It is also a good idea to do cardio, it will make you much healthier. (you can do this by running, biking. Anything that gets your heart rate up) i personally dislike cardio the most!

It is also important (ofcourse) that you eat well. Take a look at what your eating. What can you cut out? Can you replace that snack of chips (or w/e) with something healthier, but just as good? There are a lot of easy changes you can make. Especially when it comes to sugar….im now getting a bit off topic.
They key is consistancy. You have to stick with it. If you don’t get the desired results right away, it doesnt mean you need to work out all the time. (that is bad for you. You can work out like 4 hours a day though) i only do 2.

I gained 50 pounds. I started at 112 pre-pregnancy and went up to 162. I am now at 142.

I gained 35-40 pounds during pregnancy. At 2 weeks, I lost 20 pounds, which is half of what I gained. It has almost been 5 weeks and I still haven’t lost anymore.Maybe 3 pounds that’s about it. It is frustrating. I am breastfeeding and I have been exercising here and there. I am not really dieting due to breastfeeding, but I think I am going to start something here this week. I have to work really hard to loose weight. I was alittle overweight before I got pregnant, so I need to loose way more. I hate it.
