What would be a good way to lose weight quickly and easily??

whats a quick and easy way to lose weight, the healthy way. spring break is coming up for me in 2 weeks and summer is 6 weeks away, i need to lose weight, not only for confidence but for health, im not really over weight i need to lose between 15-20 pounds more could be better, but i need some answers

Well a good way to lose weight is a good cardiovascular workout. When you wake up, jump rope for about 30 minutes (having music really helps). This is BEFORE you eat breakfast. Do the same before bed (after dinner). Then you can become overall more active. I usually run a mile everyday (all i can handle right now) and i ride my bike alot. That keeps me from gaining weight from all the junk food i eat lol :D…The more active you are, the higher your metabolism becomes, and the more calories you burn.

i always get home late so i just get sum fast food and call it a day.. i play a sport(soccer) but that doesnt seem 2 b helping.. i want to lose about 30-40 lbs by april.. its rare that i eat breakfast and i dont usually eat lunch.. can sum 1 please help me??!!

Eat extremely healthy. That does not mean starve yourself. Stay away from carbs and eat salads and fruits. Eat protein, but not fatty meat like steak. Try to stick with chicken and beans. Do not drink anything with a ton of bad sugar in it. Only drink really orange juice, milk, and most of all, lots of water. Eat when you are hungry, but only eat healthy. Instead of chips, go for an apple and a glass with orange juice. Also, NO DESSERT!!!!!! If you have to eat carbs (which you should eat a LITTLE bit of) go for the whole wheat option.

Then you need to excersise. Go swimming in a pool 1-3 times a week for 40 minutes. Swim laps and take breaks when you need them, but dont take more that 10 minutes total break. Take a run on a treadmill or outside around your block 3 times every day that you dont swim (if you swim at all) and make sure to stretch thourougly before and after every workout. You will be sore from your workouts, but you have to pull through. Then do about 100 sit ups every other day, 4 groups of 25 sit ups with little breaks between them.

I’m 14 years old, 5’4 and weigh 143 lbs. and one where i can lose at least 1 pound per week. I am very bad at following them because i just give up. I need like basic retrictions saying unless i burn so many calories each day and eat this many i wont lose weight

the excersise equitment i have axsess to is an elliptical machine and I have just dance on the wii. Along with i can walk ( I hate running I just can.t do it and after my feet hurt)

Ok. Eat less & Work out ( Walk, or Bike, or Run, or Swim) -alot MORE. Do That for two hours EVERY Day- all Summer- and you will be down to 120 pounds ( your Ideal Weight )- by September. Good luck ! 🙂

will someone please! make me an easy weight loss plan!?

ok .i have been yo-yo dieting for..well as long as i can remember but i just want a simple diet that will help me lose weight (tbh i dont care if its not healthy)
this is basically what i do now:

8am : cereal with skimmed milk

2pm: sandwhich

11.30pm : this is really my downfall. i tend to eat SO much here. e.g a whole packet of biscuits or some noodles or something. prob like 1000 calories. i know this is the worst possible thing to do but i try to go whole day without eating anything but i just eat it all here anyway 😐

i walk just about everywhere so thats the excercise i get. i also dance around for about half an hour in front of the tv.

can someone please just..tell me what to eat and do to lsoe weight as i seem to be gaining it! i KNOW no eating after 6pm. i am trying i swear! but i just get SO hungry late at night.

please no cooking like chicken or anything i really dont have time. (plus im trying to be veggie) so yeah help please!

Eat less than you burn, keep moving as much as you can. Give up all drinks but water. Give up eating bread and take up eating raw celery instead.
Go swimming once or twice a week,.. Try going for some easy strolls.

Okay, so let me tell you what I learned. I learned that if I used Metamucil that i would eat less, add healthy fiber to my diet, cut my cholesterol, and suck up some of my dietary fat. This might be an option for you too.

Hey, I am currently doing Zumba. At the beggining of the program, I was big and had fatness lumps, so I looked terrible in my favorite t-shirts.But , as I did the Zumba 10 day weight loss, which is described as a schedule in the manual, my stomach would shrink and flatten.
Currently, I weight 10 pounds less, and My stomach is firm. And so far I have done the 10 day workout , and the starters week in Zumba. This is a little amazing to me, but I probably only lost weight because I tried my hardest, and did the meal plan.

But, my sister tried it out ,shes 11 years old, and has lost only 4 pounds. She did the same work outs with me, but, she doesn’t follow the meal plan, and she didn’t put as much effort as me. But, she lost her fatness lump, looks slim, and eats healthier. She says that that is good enough for her.

If you are getting Zumba too, do your best and do the Zumba 10 Day weight Loss plan until you feel good enough, and do then do the regular excersises for the rest of the time, or quit.

I never used weight watchers but recently I noticed that I lost a lot of weight…and its just like what everyone else says…good diet and excercise. But I didnt excercise that much…and I didnt eat that much either, I just cut down on the bread (especially bread), and most grains..and I just ate veggies, meat, and occasional junk. I used to be on this diet where I had to follow a very strange menu…so i thought I would give it a try. The first day you can only eat fruits. That was very hard!!! Everytime I would eat, I would get hungry again. The second day was only veggies. That was a little better because I could eat baked potatoe, french fries, and cooked veggies. The third day was both fruits and veggies…well I quit the second day anyway so theres no point in following this menu….its very hard and NOT for everyone. Anyway, now I am healthy and I weigh a good weight of 105. So basically I just stayed away from bread and rice the whole time! 🙂
