What are some ways to lose weight fast?

I want to lose about ten pounds. Besides the obvious eating right and exercise, what are some other ways of losing weight ? Some drinks or food trhat help weight loss ? Easy exercise stuff ? I especially want to work my abs and legs.

I do 20 situps, then rest for a minute, then 20 again, then rest for a minute, then another 20.
I then do 50 crunches, rest for a minute, and do this for however many times I feel like (:

I walk a mile everyday, but no luck in losing weight. what are somethings I can do while walking increase weight loss? Also, what are some easy exercises to do if I cant walk that day that also help me lose weight? I am 5′ 2″ if that helps.

I’m a highschool student and I have almost all of my classes in ap and i don’t have time to g to the gym.

I suggest that you have a Heavy breakfast with Brown bread, Cereals, Oats, Skimmed Milk and 100% fruit and vegetable juices
Have a moderate Lunch – Fish, lean meat, Bread and vegetable salads.
Very light dinner with just salads and fruits

Well exercising is as important as eating right. You start your day with a strenuous exercise like jogging/kick boxing/ brisk walking/swimming etc.
May be in the night after dinner take a stroll and make sure you have a gap of 2 hrs between your dinner and bed time.

I need to lose at least 50 pounds fairly quickly. I do a bit of strength training with free weights already, and I don’t eat a lot of food. I don’t want to kill myself, but I do need to lose the weight fast. Anyone have any good suggestions?

Eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)

have complex carbs for breakfast – they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner – repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
Ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

How can i lose weight fast before my sisters wedding?

I would like to lose weight for my sisters wedding, which is early next year. But i want to lose it fast, cause i’m getting fitted for my dress (im one of the bridesmaids) in a couple of months, and if i keep losing it gradually, i’ll have to keep bringing the dress back for adjustments. I’m not overweight, im 5’3 and i weigh 62 kilo’s. Its just that the dress is going to be tight and i wanna lose weight around my hips and stomach.. anyone know how i can do this fast?

I need to lose weight fast and preferably in a healthy way. I don’t want to have lose skin etc. I have Halloween party coming up where I want to surprise all my friends that haven’t seen me for a while. I have to mention though that I am not a fan of diets as well as my workout tolerance is pretty low (I hate long exercising routines) but I am willing ;o) to do something. Help!
