weight loss cardiff answers:

Hey, do you want to lose weight easily by doing nothing or get motivated to lose weight easily without even giving up half-way?

The key and answer to successfully do it is in Your Subconscious Mind.

The subconscious actually stores a multitude of memory patterns which will feed information to the conscious mind when activated. Data is never erased unless the subconscious mind gives that command.
For example, when you walk or drive to your destination, you do it automatically without being aware of it – that is your subconscious mind doing the whole process without your conscious mind.
The subconscious brain is very good at its job and works 24 hours a day on keeping us alive.

The subconscious controls and regulates involuntary functions of the body such as breathing, circulation, Metabolism, Digestion, hormone balance, etc.

So you may wonder.. How do you tweak or make your subconscious mind to lose weight easily? The answer is… Hypnosis!

Hypnosis is done by bypassing your conscious mind to your subconscious mind giving instructions and storing them successfully.
That is why people can quit smoking, feel extremely motivated, attain success easily, study easily and so on Successfully just after 1 session of hypnosis! Even faith-healing uses Hypnosis!

My friend tried hypnosis to lose weight. Initially, her weight was 198lbs and she lost 18.3lbs within 3-weeks! All by natural metabolism! And she never even change her diet but ate as normal!

You will thank me because I can guarantee you Hypnosis Works! You can just let your natural metabolism be high and Lose Fat Doing NOTHING effectively and immediately or be motivated to stop binge eating and exercise regularly without pain or laziness!

Mandy asks…

Is weight training or cardio better for weight loss for a female?

I’m a female in my early twenties that wants to lose 15 lbs. Is cardio or weight training better and why?

weight loss cardiff answers:

I’m going to suggest both, and here’s why: weight training will build muscle, and muscles burn more calories than fat – ALL the time, not just when you are using them. Cardio burns more calories while you are actually doing it, and you can run, cycle, cross-country ski or swim for a lot longer than you can pump iron. Also, cardio will improve your overall health more.

Some things which will help you maintain a healthy weight (see http://www.halls.md/body-mass-index/av.h… for calculations which will tell you if you are at a healthy body weight, and will also show how you measure up against other young ladies of your age and height), are:

1) Build physical activity into your life-style: cycling and walking are great ways to get around whenever possible, swimming is a fun, all-round exercise, sports are also excellent and more fun than just “exercising”…. Of course you can also go to the gym, but don’t fall into the trap of depending upon gym time and activities to get enough exercise and physical activity!!

2) Cut out snacking….. Period. Eat at regular intervals: this is much healthier for your body, and you’d be surprised at how many calories snacks can add up to!!

3) Cut out junk foods – or at least minimize them. They add lots of calories but almost no nutrition. Soda pop is a big culprit, but pizza, white bread (yes, it’s a junk food – the vitamins they add to white flour are nutritionally almost useless), chips, burgers, etc.

4) Maximize the fruit, veggies, nuts and so on categories: find out which you like best and find tasty ways to prepare and cook them, and you’ll be more likely to eat more of them!!

5) Get enough sleep: this is important to losing weight and staying healthy all-round: when you don’t get enough sleep, your energy levels are low and you’ll be less likely to get out and do things: in short a sleep-starved person is often a lazy one!! Besides, the old excuse that you don’t have time for sufficient sleep (7 to 8 hours for most folks) is a false one: if you sleep well, you’ll be much more energetic and alert and you’ll get more things done in less time than you would if you skimp on sleep in order to “save time”!! Darkness and quiet are important for getting high-quality sleep. Keep your room cool at night, don’t hide your head under the covers (where you’re breathing in what you just breathed out….), and be sure to drink enough before you go to bed. A good shower followed by a nice shot of cold water also helps you to get to sleep!!

6) Drink plenty of water – more than you normally would: this will give you more energy, and will help your body function more efficiently overall. The color of your pee will tell you if you are drinking enough: it should be almost clear: if it is distinctly yellow you are not properly hydrated and need some more water. Sure you’ll go to the bathroom more often, but the increase in energy levels and the decrease in tension levels will make it more than worthwhile, trust me!!!

7) Eat a good breakfast, and a light supper. Breakfast gives you energy for the morning, and revs up your metabolism for the day. Without a proper breakfast you will be sluggish and not as energetic or alert. Breakfast foods should be ones which digest easily – this means bacon, hash browns and sausages are out while whole grains and yummy fruit are in!! Yougurt makes a good breakfast food too…. // A light supper will mean you don’t go to bed on a full stomach: a practice which is bad for your health since it impairs the quality of your sleep.

8) STRETCH properly and thoroughly at three times: 1) After a bit of a warmup, so you are not stretching cold muscles, 2) After your exercise session, and 3) carefully, just before going to bed, so you won’t be nearly as sore the next day. (and 4) whenever any of your muscles are tight.) // Proper stretching: a) choose stretches which effectively stretch the muscles you want to stretch out, and do them as instructed: i recommend having a couple of sessions with a personal trainer, and asking them to teach you about the basics of weight training and proper stretching.

A tip for your cardio: Do “interval training” instead of just going at the same speed all the time. This means going at it as hard as you can, for short intervals during your training: this has all kinds of benefits which you can Google – including burning more fat, faster!!

Wishing you all the best!!

Joseph asks…

So is this good enough to keep my weight off or at least keeping it constant?

I do 50-100 sit-ups and stretches almost everyday (at least 5 times per week)… Can this help to keep my weight off or at least keeping it constant? I am very depressed… Recently I have been gaining 1 kilo and i get so cranky everytime… Can anyone suggest any easy exercises to do at my home? I have not been losing weight now… I’m so sad…

weight loss cardiff answers:

This can be enough if you eat the right kind of foods.

To lose weight fast and effectively four aspects of life should be changed: what to eat, how to eat, behavior and activity level.

Here are fast tips that can help:

First: Fast weight loss composes of a multi-faceted technique that consists mindset, exercise, and in other cases, diet supplements. Begin by learning a diet food plan that can easily be accustomed with. Incorporate an exercise plan that allows even at least fifteen minutes a day like brisk walking, running, swimming, and dancing.

Second: Set realistic approaches. The ability to focus and have proper mindset enables someone on a diet to quickly lose those extra pounds. With discipline and proper mind set, a dieter will never be discouraged and lose focus.

Third: Listen as the body speaks. Each and everyone’s body metabolism reacts differently to different fast weight loss programs and plans. Try substituting one program for another to compensate the body’s reaction. Exercise program must be suitable to one’s body, as others are not able to exercise as rigorously as others can. If walking is all that can be done, then walk for this is proven the best exercise. Muscles burn more calories than fats so it’s also best to put on a little muscle and looking good too.

Fourth: Eat more fibers for it makes a person full sooner and stays in the tummy longer, slowing down the rate of digestion. A single serving of whole grain bread moves fat through the digestive system faster. Grains turn into blood sugar that spikes the body’s insulin level. Thus, making the body more energized and ready to tell the body when it should stop burning fats or start storing.

Fifth: Keep away from fried foods especially deep-fried as this contains a great amount of fat. Although fish and chicken appear leaner than beef, this white meat can contain more fat than when a beef is fried. It is recommended for those on strict diet to opt for grilled food as this does not have or contain less amount of fat after the food is cooked.

Sixth: Takes lots of fluid. Drinking at least six to eight glasses of water a day keeps the body refreshed. Since weight loss depends on how the body eliminates body wastes, the body must stay hydrated.

All in all, discipline and consistency is still the best practice and the key to a rapid weight loss success. Light dieting, workout, and right amount of supplementation applied in a regular way everyday will result in faster weight loss than having a massive action only to be followed a return to old habits as this would only lead to gaining more weight than when the weight loss plan has started.

Your Question About Easy Weight Loss

Donald asks…

Why do people say eating nothing doesnt make you lose weight?

I didnt eat for a week because I was ill, and I lost so much weight I started losing it off my face. Whenever i eat less I also lose weight easily, within a week I can see the difference even without doing exercise. Also since anorexics eat nothing and become unbelievably skinny, eating nothing must surely work but every says ‘your metabolism slows down’ if you don eat. But surely if you eat, your metabolism stays high but you probably dont burn off more than the number of calories you consume, or if you do, you dont burn off as many as you would from eating nothing at all.

What’s your view?
Its not that I want to lose weight by not eating I just wanted to know why people say that it doesnt work because like I said, when I eat less I lose fat around my stomach and quite a bit of weight so I thought maybe science was wrong

weight loss cardiff answers:

Around 7 years ago i was over weight – 16st 9lbs /height 5ft 10 age 35yrs. I went on a crash diet and consumed no more than 300 calories a day, 1 meal a day (evening) – I made those calories count though and suprised myself by the size of portions that 300 calories could amount to, though mostly veg.

The weight came of me at a very consistant rate. And within 4months my weight had dropped to 10st 7lbs. I never noticed any slow down till i approached my bmi target of 10stn 12. The slow down occurs around 11sn 4 but i still stuck to my diet till i reach my mental target of 10st 7lbs.

The reason for this was I was prepairinf for some increase and just wanted a bit of a pillow. Anyway, i started to slowly increasy my calorie intake gradually over weeks, no more than 150 calories a week. I eventually arrived by at consuming around 1800-2500 calories a day.

Now all these years on I am still sitting here today under 11 stn. 10st 11lbs last time i checked. I even came out of a 3 year

I dont know where peole get these myths about weight gains for, yes perhaps if your a silly individual who under estimates their own will power to not binge then that may happen. I never, i let my body re-adjust to normal diet and can say from my own experience my diet work wonderful for me. Never once felt ill or any of the effects people describe.

My opinion is aslong as you control the re-adjustment back to normal, and also know when the time to do so has arrived then an extremly low calorie diet works fine. Going to far may cause these muscle wasting things people describe but as long as there is fat to use then it would be a very disfunctional human body that tried to break down muscle over fat!

Just know when to stop, and begin the graudle adjustment back to normal.

weight loss cardiff answers:

It seems that everybody wants to lose weight. But when most people say they want to lose weight, what they really mean is they want to lose weight without altering their current lifestyle. They want to lose weight without changing the foods that they eat, or without getting up off the couch, turning off the television, and engaging in regular physical exercise. Not surprisingly, there is a huge market that offers shortcuts to weight loss through cosmetic surgery, diet pills, nutritional supplements, and various diets — such as the Atkins Diet.

There’s a growing group of people who leap from one weight loss fad to another, in search of the one thing that’s going to finally help them lose weight without having to alter the foods they eat. People don’t want to give up their soft drinks; they don’t want to give up pizza, and ice cream, and fast food. And they sure don’t have time to go out and exercise on a regular basis. So the shortcuts market is absolutely astounding — $9.4 billion was spent last year on cosmetic surgery alone, and hundreds of millions more were spent on weight loss pills, fat burning nutritional supplements, and low-carb foods. It’s a tremendous market, and the public seems to be more than willing to keep spending money on these items, even though the real answers are to be found in something entirely different.

The reality of weight loss is that there are no shortcuts! You can have cosmetic surgery to remove fat from your thighs, or the back of your arms, but if you continue eating the way you’ve been eating, your body will just deposit the fat somewhere else on your body — usually in a place that looks even stranger than when it was on your hips. Even if the cosmetic surgery works out for you, it doesn’t alter your blood chemistry, your cardiovascular health, or your level of physical fitness. Meaning that you are just as unhealthy after the surgery as you were before, even though you may physically show less body fat. Something similar is true with foods as well. Many people continue to eat a diet high in refined carbohydrates, added sugars, and obesity-promoting ingredients, such as high-fructose corn syrup. Then in an attempt to lose weight, they will take a couple of weight loss pills each day, and hope that those pills will some how counteract the entire day of eating unhealthy, obesity-promoting foods. It just doesn’t work this way.

If you really want to lose weight, you’ve got to do two things. First you have to avoid foods that promote obesity and weight-gain. These are the foods that are consumed by the vast majority of Americans, and are the ones that are the most popular in grocery stores and restaurants. Any food that’s processed or manufactured is very likely to promote obesity, or some other chronic disease. Foods made with refined white flour or refined sugar, for example, will undoubtedly alter your blood sugar levels and tell your body to start storing fat. Foods high in saturated animal fats, such as red meat, or foods that are high in hydrogenated oils, like margarine or shortening, will also pack on the body fat, and harm your cardio-vascular health at the same time. Achieving a healthy body weight absolutely requires taking these foods out of your diet for the rest of your life. You can have either soft drinks and processed foods, or a healthy body weight — but not both. In fact, much of the foods available today in the national food supply are simply incompatible with a healthy body weight, no matter how much surgery you undergo, and no matter how many weight loss supplements you attempt to take.

The other part of the equation here is physical exercise. The human body simply won’t shed excess body fat without engaging in regular physical exercise. Physical exercise gives you a much higher metabolism; it helps you burn calories, even while you’re sitting or sleeping. It also increases your lean body mass — especially when you engage in strength training — and that results in even more calories being burned when you are at rest. Physical exercise, in fact, modifies your body chemistry in a way that helps your body better use refined foods such as breads or pasta. When you eat those foods without engaging in physical exercise, you’re automatically going to add weight. But when you have an extremely fit body that engages in regular exercise, such as jogging, swimming, walking, or biking, you can get away with eating a few processed foods. But still you have to limit your intake of processed foods if you want to maintain a healthy body weight.

In my own case, I engage in rather vigorous physical exercise several times per week, typically putting in 10 hours of exercise each week. And even then, I don’t allow myself to eat any breads or pasta or refined carbohydrates of any kind. I don’t consume breakfast cereals; I don’t drink fruit-drinks or consume soft drinks. And what I’ve found is that if I eat a piece of bread or have a sandwich, then those refined carbohydrates alter my blood sugar in a way that makes me extremely hungry three or four hours later. If I had eaten a high protein meal, or a meal high in healthy fats and fibers, I wouldn’t be hungry so quickly. So it is these processed foods that are in fact causing the obesity in the first place. And consuming diet pills or weight loss supplements simply isn’t the answer to long-term weight loss. The answer is to look at your lifestyle, examine what you’re doing wrong that needs to be corrected, and then have the courage to make the changes that will bring you into a healthy body weight and keep you there for life
