What rice is good for you when on a diet? weight loss?
i want to lose weight but not get rid of rice, what rice is good for weight loss?
i would like to eat it with whatever, lean meats tofu, fish, etc.
whole grain turns into sugar when entering your system so what is ok?
i love white rice but probably not the best.
is there a brand as well? thnx serious answers only!

Brown rice – the one that you boil for 40 mins 🙂 Eat about 1/3-1/2 up at a time. 1/3 cup is considered one serving. Portion control is key for weight loss.

I want to write a blog about my weight loss success. Would anyone read it or find it interesting?

People may find it interesting, but you need to build an audience if you want it to be read by a lot of people. There are tons of ways to build an audience for your blog. Here are a few simple ways:
1. Create a YouYube channel with videos about your weight loss strategies and link viewers back to related blog posts in the description for each video.
2. Create a Twitter account where you tweet useful information about weight loss. Whenever you write a new blog post, create a tweet about it with a link back to the post.
3. Talk about your experiences in fitness forums. Put a link to your blog in your forum signature.

Where can I find a weight loss partner on the net?
I have no motivation at all, but I really want and must lose some weight. I asked some of my, ehem…friends to join me, but they don’t really care about this and aren’t by my side… Anyways! Where can I find a free weight loss partner, I mean like chating on the messenger or fb and talking about our succes, meals, exercises, motivate each other?

Maybe this comes a little late because I already lost a lot of weight and now I don’t really need to lose weight (although I try to keep up my diet most of the time). But anyways, maybe I can help you.
The thing is, I have a blog about dieting and I would really like to get in touch with people like you and give them free advice (for now, I just want visitors for my blog and not get money from them). So if you like, you can give my blog a visit, read about the possibilities offered there, and of course you can get in contact with me and we will talk about how you can lose weight.
Especially when your motivation is low, I can help you, because my brother also had no motivation (and no hope!) to lose weight.
