How can I lose weight on just my legs and fast?

I am 9st, maybe really slightly just under. I’ve been trying to do 10,000 steps a day. I really hate my legs and I was wondering if anyone knew how I could lose weight quick?

To workout the back of your thighs:
•Stand with feet separately
•Bend to the fore from the waist.
•Get to your right with equal hands and hold your ankle with both hands.
•Thrust your upper body down towards the floor.
•Count to 25.
•Go back to start position and recur exercise on the left-hand side.

To workout the Front of your Thighs:
•Go down on your knees upright on the floor, with knees jointly.
•Lean towards the back and clasp your right ankle with your left hand.
•Never sit on your ankles – that’s wrong!
•Stay on this position for a count of 25.
•Go back to initial position and repeat workout on the left-hand side.

To workout Thighs & Butt:
•Stand with your legs apart, point your toes outwards, and arms on the outside of your thighs.
•Always keep your back straight, at precise-angles on to the floor, bend laps and let your hands to glide down your thighs in anticipation to reach your knees. (NOTE still Keep your back straight!)
•Cling to your knees for a count of 5, and then slowly return to the initial position.
•Do again 10-20 times.

evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
An excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

How can I lose weight by summer vacation?

I seriously need to lose about 10-20 pounds before the end of May. I am around the age of 13 and I’m not just losing weight to look skinnier, I am trying to lose weight and get more exercise so that I can do more activities in the summer without getting exhausted very easily. What are some exercises I can do to lose weight around my arms, waist, and legs. And also some healthy food suggestions.

What do you find the hardest, eating less or exercising more?

I’ve seen so many questions like “how can I lose weight without exercising?” etc but to me not eating chocolate and stuff is definitely the hardest part.

Eating healthier takes awhile to get used it. All those unhealthy eating habits need to be replaced with healthier habits. It requires making the same healthy choice again & again & again & again …, until it becomes a normal part of your routine.

But craving chocolate is not a big issue for me. Since on any decent healthy eating plan there is no such thing as a forbidden food, I indulge in chocolate occasionally. I make sure it’s in an healthy portion size, usually in the form of 1 chocolate truffle.

Exercising more is not that hard.
I make sure to do physical activities which I don’t find boring, which I can easily fit into my routine & which challenge me both mentally and physically

Since people lose weight when they sweat while exercising, are people able to lose weight if they sweat without exercising?

During summer, it may be hot, and people may sweat from the sunlight by being still under the sun. Are they losing weight under this circumstance?

Ive decided to start a weight loss journey, im planning on running 2 miles everyday, how do I keep doing this because I used to give up a lot when doing this previously.

How to get rid of skin after weight loss?

I recently lost about ~100lb over the period of two or so years. I’ve been overweight my entire life, so I naturally have some extra-erm-skin lying around. Unfortunately, this almost defeats the purpose of my weight loss. Whenever I bend over, its like rolls of sagging skin-it’s disgusting.
Anyway, I know it’s not easy to get rid of, but anything helps at this point.

And since I know someone will ask, I lost this weight completely naturally through exercise and dieting-no surgery, drugs, etc. All natural.

Time can remove it only. I know but weight loss requires pateince. If you get discouraged now and start to gain weight again, then your NEVER going to lose it. Just hang in there and keep up with your exercises and eating habits nad it will go away slowly.

Poll: Is it easier to see weight loss in a bigger or a smaller person?

Say someone weighed 250 pounds and lost 10 pounds and someone who weighed 160 lost ten pounds. Who would be a more noticeable weight loss? Sorry if that’s stupid I just don’t really know how to explain it.
