whats the quickest way to lose weight in a 2 week period?

I know it sounds weird, but I’ve done this a couple of times over the years. When I want to drop 10-15 pounds in a week or so, I eat nothing but a chicken breast and brown rice every meal. It may sound boring but last time I did this, 3 months ago, I dropped 23 pounds in two weeks. You can spice up the chicken and rice and it tastes really good.

Lift weights 3-4 days a week and for cardio do high intensity interval training (HIIT). To do HIIT, start off with a 5 min warmup jog, then sprint for 30 seconds, then light jog/walk for one minute, then sprint for 30 seconds, then light jog/walk for one minute, and so for about 15- minutes or until you feel dead.

You will burn a lot of calories this way, and since you will be doing sprints for a great amount of time, your body will continue to burn calories long after you stop running. This is a great and effective way to cut and tone up your body.

disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Weight Loss Tips?

Hey, I am an 18 year old male and am 6’5 and 260 LBS. Im still growing and might end up around 6’7.

I dont look fat, I just look like a big kid. Im trying to lose some weight over the next few months. How much should I loose and what should I do to get quick results.

Im a very picky eater and my diet consists of bagels,chips,pizza and pasta. Dont like a lot of foods. Hate stuff like eggs and salad. Dont really like meat unless its chicken breast.

I have tried dieting before but I get bored easily and stop the diet all together. Diet pills worked but I stopped because my heart was coming trhough my chest.

Any good excerise routines anyone knows of that work well too?

Anyone have success stories to tell about Hydroxycut? I started taking them yesterday and at first they made me feel a bit anxious/nervous but now on day 2 all I notice is decreated hunger… Which is good because needless snacking is part of the reason I need to shed a few pounds. I lost 40 pounds over the course of about 8 or 9 months. It definately is a process!! I just ate healthy and exercised about an hour 5 days a week….and I’ve kept it off for almost 2 years!

I graduated high school at 240 pounds and at 5 foot 3 that made me about as round as I was tall. I was one of those overweight teenagers who ate anything and everything without any regard to the effects it was having on my own body. Do you need insurance to get weight loss surgery such as the lap band or gastric bypass?

I have been overweight since I had my children 14 months apart. I never had problems with my weight before this and my metabolism has slowed down. I have tried many weight loss programs and nothing seems to work. I never lose more that 20 pounds or so. So I have been considering weight loss surgery, probably the lap band. I was wondering if having insurance was a requirement or if you can pay completely out of pocket for something like this?

I actually recently ran into this issue; mainly because I will be 43 soon, and I’ve been drinking a lot of beer cuz my life sucks.

Anyway, I have had two major neck fusions with a titanium plate from c3-c7 that didn’t take, plus a major back fix and fuse with 2 bars that also got botched.

I can’t do a lot of the normal stuff, and haven’t ran since 1990, about 1 year before I got out of the Army.
