Does anyone know any good weight loss plans?

I’ve been on weight watchers and I lost a little weight until I went to college, I kept the weight off but havent seen any results since. I love working out and go to the gym everyday, and love fruits and veggies, but sometimes its a lil harder to get those living at college with a budget. So does anyone have any suggestions? It would be greatly appreciated.

For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein 30% carbs.

Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels.
Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chile or any type of bean)

For your carbs stay away from breads, pasta and rice. They do provide energy but they are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.

Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA

Easy, fast weight loss plan?

I’m looking for help losing some weight I’ve recently put on. Just a few pounds at most and keep them off. I’m a seventeen year old girl, about 5’2″ and 110lbs right now.

I own an elliptical and currently am lacto-ovo vegetarian. (No meat at all, just eggs, milk and cheese.)

I want to lose about ten pounds, and want to figure out a schedule for eating and exercise to get rid of it. It’s winter here and very cold, so going outside right now wouldn’t be a good idea.

Any ideas or advice for losing the weight and keeping a schedule that would work for me?
I don’t eat chicken. Or any meat at all. :/

Davie Franks was just kidding. That “diet” is neither real, nor recommended, nor effective.

Use a simple free online calorie counter like the MyPlate feature on http://www.livestrong.com . (My favorite one.) Sparkpeople.com is another popular one. It will help you figure out how many calories you personally need to eat each day in order to reach your weight goals.

Don’t forget that if you’re reducing your calories to a weight-loss level, you have to eat more on days you exercise. Otherwise, you’ll put undue stress on your body, asking it to do too much on too little fuel, and you’ll likely hang on to extra fat as a result.

How and what will be the easiest way to loose weight without going to any weight loss plans like Jenny Craig?

Its been 4 years since I have my baby and it have been unable to loose weigh as I want to. I’m over 240 pds. Need to loose at least 60 to 70 pounds, and even eating just lettuce or fruits or just 3 meals a day, I don’t see no results. Thanks for any help. Do not need “jokes”.

Eat smaller portions. You have to think about this seriously, imagine you and your perfect figure in your head and let it stick or else you’ll just indulge! I never thought of weight loss in a healthy fashion, so if you don’t either, be motivated by what you can fit into later on. The best exercise I can suggest (am i getting a little too into this?) is standing and holding on to your husbands hands, and bending 5-10 times a day. Add on 5 more every day. Good Luck!

I’m trying to lose roughly 5 lbs or 2% body fat but it doesn’t seem that most weight loss plans work for me?

I’m an athlete- I race mountain bikes and do triathlons. I’m also a vegetarian. I’ve found it difficult not only to maintain proper nutrition while training, but I would really like to lose some weight but have found that most weight loss plans don’t take into consideration the phsyical demands of a competitive vegetarian athlete. Any weight loss plans of your own that have worked for you?

I’m 16 and have been over weight since I was about 12.
I’ve tried weight watchers, curves, etc.
My thing is once it starts to get boring, I sort of lose interest in all of it.
I have low self-esteem, no determination or willpower.

Does anyone have an exercise plan or eating plan that they have come up with themselves and has helped them significantly.

This will be the LAST summer I want to be overweight.

I know it’s overused but exercise(i’m on 12-18 hrs/week but you don’t really need that much…you only need about 30 minutes each day) and a sensible diet(i’ve been a vegetarian for years, if you aren’t you could try it out). As long as you are not cutting any foods totally away from your diet(ie. Carbs, fats, etc) just make sure you eat plenty of vegetables and fruits, whole grains(good carbs), and everything you want, as long as you do it in small portions.

Hi. The best one I have successful and have lasted for three years is Jenny Craig. Why? For me it was the specific eating plan thru the day. WARNING: a 1500 calorie diet may give you headaches or may make you feel weak initially. It will go away as your body transitions. While the JC program makes you buy their food for me it was worthwhile as it taught me how little I have to eat to lose and maintaining the weight off. You will be surprised how many calories are on restaurant food (I now seldom eat out and when I do I share or bring home most of it). About the stretch marks, I still have some from my overweight years. There are medical treatment available so you need to consult with medical specialists on this issue on treatment applicable to your skin and situation. You do need to dedicate a year, at least, to bring down the weight, to adjust your eating habits then the rest of your life working daily to fight off temptation. Check out DVD Pilates or yoga programs that you can do at home and establish a routine so you will not forget. This is not easy but it does work and the rewards (nice healthy looking body) are very nice. Good luck..

You can eat really healthy cause that way you won’t put weight on.
Do you have a trampoline ? If so jump 300 times on it, it’s really fun!
If not, go walking 3 times a week and than jogging.
Even climbing the stairs makes a difference, it’s better than nothing.
Also when watching television try and jog for at least 5 minutes.
