Your Question About Easy Weight Loss

Mark asks…

how can i lose weight fast?

hi.i’m 16 years old and i’m 166 lbs and i tried every diet and exercise and even pills but i couldn’t lose much weight and i’m really tired of being over weight.can you pleasssse help tell me how to lose weight fast and be fit?

weight loss cardiff answers:

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Sharon asks…

how do i lose weight fast ?

IM NOT FAT BUT IN CHUBBY AND I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST

weight loss cardiff answers:

You can’t lose weight fast! Not the normal and healthy way anyways,
But here are a few tips;

WHEN to eat for losing weight…

• Eat (at least) three times a day.
Because when you eat only once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That’s the main reason. Sounds funny, but to lose weight… You must eat (the right things, of course)
• Eat low-fat, high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetable pastas.
• Your last meal should be before 18:00. Try.
OK, one apple after 18:00
• Don’t starve
Starvation is not good for losing weight, nor your health.
Starvation is the worse thing you can do in a weight loss diet.
• Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast–eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer.

WHAT to drink for losing weight…

• Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day !
Can be tap, plain, mineral, sparkling. I just love mineral sparkling water!
This improves your bowel, reduces the “hunger” sensation, and hydrates your skin. Your skin will look much better after the first weeks!
Don’t believe the slogan “water makes me fat”. Beside being stupid… You might get into serious troubles with your kidneys.
• Drink ONLY natural juices, freshly squized!
Don’t drink Coca Cola, Pepsi, Spite etc. During the diet. Even lite or light versions.
I thought this was not possible for me to achieve. Now… I don’t even LIKE them anymore!
Nothing compares to the the smell of a fresh natural fruit juice! Not speaking about health…
• Avoid those vending machines by carrying around your own healthful foods and leaving pocket change at home.

Exercise for losing weight…

• If you want quicker results – exercise would be good.
• Don’t just sit in front of the TV and eat peanuts…
I guarantee THIS won’t work for your weight loss…
• Start swimming. Swimming is an excellent exercise to get involved with, since it increases blood flow and uses muscles we don’t regularly use. Start a swimming program and try to do it 3 times a week. You will feel excellent and rejuvenated.
• Choose an exercise program that you enjoy, and don’t shun the unconventional. For instance, did you know that regular vigorous dancing is exercise too?
• Also Cardiovascular exercises such as running, jogging, or aerobics will help you lose that unwanted belly fat. Weight training can also help you lose body fat because the more muscle mass you have, the more ability your system has to burn body fat.

Good luck!

What is the Best Diet Pill to lose weight really fast?

What is the best diet pill to lose weight really fast that can be bought without a perscription or anything?

p.s i know that diet pills aren’t good for you i just want to know what the best one is

weight loss cardiff answers:

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! Http://diet4cleansing.com

Your Question About Easy Weight Loss

Charles asks…

did you gain weight or lose weight?

im planning on studying abroad (to the Netherlands) and im worried about gaining weight ..
you didnt have to have studied there to answer, I just want to know if you gained or lost weight during your study abroad experience.

weight loss cardiff answers:

I lost weight when I studied abroad in the Czech Republic. You do a lot more walking in Europe, and the food is generally a lot better for you. I’m not saying you won’t gain weight if you’re chowing down on the same unhealthy foods we eat in the US, but if you go native, you may actually lose weight.

Exercise for losing weight…

• If you want quicker results – exercise would be good.
But remember, you’re not going to attend the Olympic Games! If you exercise a lot – you’ll get very hungry… And you’ll be tempted to eat more. Don’t exagerate!
Walking is fine (but not very slow…) for your body, and your spirit. Half an hour, or one hour /day – it’s up to you.
Get fit while you sit new workout program that’s the laziest way to get in shape – works almost any place, anytime, anywhere… even while watching TV!
• Don’t just sit in front of the TV and eat peanuts…

The results (if any) will be only temporarily. Once they “cure” is over, and you’re back to good old eating habits… Back the weight (plus some extra pounds, as if you needed those)
Not speaking about side effects, which often appear during or soon after the “magic” cure is over.
The best way to lose weight is the NATURAL healthy way. Hey, I didn’t say it’s easy! But it’s healthier (in fact THE healthiest way to lose weight), and certainly much, much cheaper. Buy books, read more, accumulate knowledge about losing weight in a natural way.

Good luck!

I lost weight and overall your face will lose weight as well, but it’ll only look sexier so no worries!
He way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did….lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won’t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don’t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i’m going pretty well if i don’t say myself. 90 LBS isn’t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. If you want anymore details, feel free to email me. Just please be patient for ppl seem to email me for advice on this, I will reply, don’t worry! ~Adia`

Your Question About Easy Weight Loss

Linda asks…

is this a good weight loss plan?

Hi, i’m 16, and i’m 5 ft. 8 inches. My doctor said i should eat around 2000 calories a day to 2300, and i was wondering if this weight loss plan would help me lose at least 1-2 pounds a week.
Breakfast ~ Tea (with milk)
Lunch ~ Ramen Noodels (lol, love noodles =] ), and some juice or a bottle of water
Dinner ~ A dinner about 900 calories
Well, i go to school, so i suppose i lose about 500 calories a day from walking? o_O, anywaysis this a good plan? I need advice =.=”
i also drink lots of water through out the day =O
i do get a bit hungry, sometimes throughout the day, but i sometimes just buy things like bags of chips.
I also run 2 miles a day on my treadmill at home, when i come back from school. =O

weight loss cardiff answers:

You will lose weight that way, but i don’t know how healthy of a diet it is. You need to eat breakfast. Without it your metabolism will slow down because it thinks that your body is starving. With a slow metabolism, you can’t lose at much weight. You should eat breakfast, even if it is just a piece of fruit. In exchange for breakfast, try to cut down calories somewhere else. 900 is a lot for one meal. So try to balance that out by eating a few small meals throughout the day. Eating a little bit in smaller intervals will also help boost your metabolism and burn more fat. Exercising outside of walking to class will also help you lose weight, even if you only do it 2 or 3 times a week. Good luck!

Healthy weight loss diet plans have a different focus than many of the commercial programs. Too many of the commercial programs compete to show who can have customers losing the most weight in the fastest time. Healthy weight loss diet plans only aim to give participants a better quality of life. These plans focus on turning you on to a healthy lifestyle. The goal is to teach you this new lifestyle beginning with the moment you start the diet. And you never really go off the diet; you will only adjust it to your new weight. You learn a new diet – or healthy way of eating – for life!

weight loss cardiff answers:

Every year Americans invest billions of dollars in weight loss diets and gimmicks, many of which yield few results. However, the lure of quick, easy weight loss is hard to resist. Despite ineffective tools, most hopeful consumers are willing to give the next weight loss fad a chance. If you’re planning to start a new diet, it is important to remember the following information.
Food-specific diets: Have you ever tried the cabbage diet or the fruit-only diet? These are just a couple of examples of diets that promote one “specific” food that causes weight loss. No matter how much you think you’ll enjoy ice cream at every meal, inevitably you will get bored with eating the same food repeatedly. As a result, you’ll eat less food than needed to maintain your weight. This type of diet will not teach you healthier eating habits or provide a balance of nutrients, and consequently is not effective for long-term weight loss.

High-protein, low-carbohydrate diets: One of the most recent trends in dieting, these diets are based on the concept that carbohydrates are “bad” and that everyone has some degree of insulin resistance, resulting in poor carbohydrate metabolism. Many proponents of these diets suggest that including carbohydrates in your diet will cause weight gain. The reality, though, is that eating more calories (whether as carbohydrate, fats, or protein) than you burn will cause weight gain.

High-fiber, low-calorie diets: Fiber-rich foods play an important role in a healthy diet. They are a helpful ingredient of weight loss efforts because they provide bulk to the diet, which helps you feel fuller sooner. Be careful, though: if you plan to increase the fiber in your diet, be sure to increase your fluid intake at the same time or you may experience cramping, bloating, and constipation. High-fiber diets will help with weight loss only if you restrict calories in conjunction with addition of extra grains, fruits and vegetables.

Liquid diets: Consumers face a couple of different liquid diet options. Your local grocery store and pharmacy sell over-the-counter liquid meal replacements, which can be expensive and frequently add extra calories to daily consumption if not managed carefully. On the other hand are liquid diets that require medical supervision. These diets are usually very low in calories and may result in metabolic abnormalities if dieters are not carefully monitored. Neither type of liquid diet should be used for long-term weight loss unless monitored by a health care professional. Radically changing your caloric intake in this way will not result in long-term behavior modification and healthy eating patterns.

Fasting: As a way to cleanse the body or jump-start a weight-loss program, fasting has been recommended for years. However, all that fasting really does is deprive your body of nutrients and decrease your energy, leaving you feeling weak and lightheaded. If the right nutrients are not available for your cells to use as energy, your liver will convert fat stores to ketones for use as energy (ketosis). Long-term ketosis can be harmful to your health.
No fad diet or gimmick will work magic for safe and effective weight loss. The following are some suggestions for ensuring a long-term healthy eating plan and getting your weight loss efforts off to an encouraging start:
Eat a variety of foods. Remember, a balanced diet will ensure that you get all necessary nutrients.

Get some physical activity every day. Calories in must be less than calories out to ensure successful weight loss. To keep “calories out” at a healthful level, make you get at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day.

Include sources of fiber in your diet. They will add bulk and give you a feeling of fullness.

Choose a diet low in fats, saturated fats, and cholesterol. You do need to consume some fat for good health. Aim for no more than 30 percent of your total calories as fat calories, of which no more than 10 percent should be saturated fat calories.

Choose foods moderate in sugars. Foods that are high in simple sugars usually offer little nutritional value and will add unwanted calories.

Choose foods moderate in salt and sodium. Remember that salt has been added to many foods during preparation or processing, so it’s not necessary to add extra salt at the table.

Your Question About Easy Weight Loss

James asks…

Any ideas for a healthy diet plan that works?

I am starting High school this year and I am really tired of being over weight. I need to lose a good amount of weight and I know I can’t do it over night. Everything I have tried hasn’t worked. Does anyone know a diet plan that works? I don’t necessarily want to change the way i am eating. I know I have to eat healthy but I don’t want to eat a cup of this and a handful of this. So if any one has a good diet plan that will work i would really appreciate it

weight loss cardiff answers:

Most diet plans work very well in the short term. The overwhelming majority of the participants who are on these diets will at some point stop the program and then regain about the same fat weight that they lost. My assumption is that you want to improve your health and start a lifestyle where you can maintain a healthy weight for the rest of your life.

If this is your goal, there is only one diet program that has worked for me. It is called a “whole plant based diet.” On this diet, your health will improve and you will feel so much better that you will not consider eating any junk food again. When you stop eating a healthy diet, you can feel the fat, salt, and sugar and you will restart your diet program because you want to feel good.

Dr. David Kessler (former head of the FDA) wrote about how salt, sugar, caffeine, and oil/fat are addictive foods. His advice is to break your addiction to processed foods. Convenience foods, fast foods, and even restaurant foods are loaded with unhealthy ingredients. When you stop eating unhealthy foods, many Americans experience withdrawal symptoms that they assume are hypoglycemic reactions or hunger. The symptoms are withdrawal from unhealthy food additives. When you start cleaning up your diet, you will experience headache, stomach ache, nervousness, irritability, and other symptoms associated with addiction. This will pass in 2-4 days and you will begin to feel better than you can remember.

Here is a list of foods you need to minimize or eliminate from your diet:

+ Refined salt and salty condiments
+ Sugar and refined carbohydrates, breads and commercial pasta
+ Deep fried foods, oils, including vegetable oils
+ Dairy including cheese, milk, yogurt, butter, margarine, and eggs
+ Meat including beef, pork, fish, poultry, and other animal based proteins
+ Food additives including colorings, flavorings, MSG, sweeteners, and
+ Commercial drinks, especially diet soda containing aspartame

You can eat a more balanced and diverse diet on a mostly vegetarian diet that includes the following:
+ Dark leafy greens (kale, collards, chard, brocolli)
+ Legumes (beans, lentils, peas)
+ Whole grains (brown rice, quinoa)
+ Colorful vegetables that are steamed and raw
+ Whole fruit (not commercial fruit juices with additives)
+ B12 and D vitamins
+ A source of Omega-3 fatty acids (ground flax seed, walnuts, other seeds and nuts in moderation)

You can eliminate most oils provided you get a source of Omega-3. Try to eat a variety of different foods rather than the same menu every day. This will add variety and interest to your diet.

Mandy asks…

What is the best diet plan for a 22 yr old woman?

Hello all. I currently weigh 176 lbs and would like to loose 30 lbs. I REALLY dislike salad but I love all kinds of cooked vegetables. What is the best diet plan for me?

weight loss cardiff answers:

Hi! Diet is not all about salads, I hate them too, believe me.

Diets have come and gone and a new one will be invented tomorrow promising you everything and delivering very little. That is because they are considered something you go on and then go off. In other words, they are temporary. That is not to say they are useless just that they will never give you continued success unless you change some things permanently.

What is a Diet Good for?

Diets have their place in your weight loss goals. First of all, they can be beneficial to jump starting your metabolism. Kind of a fire starter if you will. A jump-start will give you more energy and the initial weight loss can boost your self-confidence.

However, you will need to be ready to make some whole life changes if you want the results to be permanent. What are some changes you will need to make? Well a lot of that depends on you.

Lifestyle Changes- Fast Food

Are you a fast food junkie who eats out at least a couple of times per week? If so, you will find that you have plenty of company. Many people are so busy that the drive through is a perfect solution for dinner, lunch and even breakfast. The problem is many have no idea that one meal from a fast food restaurant can contain nearly a whole day’s caloric intake.

One popular fast food joint has a burger that is 750 calories! The burger alone is a third of your recommended daily allowance; add the fries and a drink and you are done for the day.

Does this mean you can never have fast food again? Not necessarily, but it will mean that you have to be aware of what you are eating. Most fast food places have a website that contains all the nutritional information for the foods they serve. Check them out then make you a list of “safe” fast foods.

Exercise Changes

If you never move your body more than from the house to the car to work and back you will have a hard time losing weight and keeping it off. The human body functions best when there are periods of exercise. It increases mood stabilizers in the blood stream and best of all burns calories.

While you are on your diet, take the time to incorporate exercise into your life. You will feel better and increase your weight loss rates exponentially. Start with a walk, park further away from the store or your office. Then as you progress, find time to walk more or jog. Whatever you can comfortably fit in your schedule will be a great place to start.

Healthy Eating

This is absolutely the most important part of all. While you are on your chosen diet, you will want to become familiar with healthier food choices. Find ways to make your favorite foods better for you. Can you substitute ground turkey for ground beef in some recipes? Learn new recipes that include fresh fruits and vegetables.

You see your body needs several things to function at a healthy level. Proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals just to name a few. You also need certain fats to cushion joints and protect your vital organs. Create a lifestyle eating plan that brings all of these elements into play and you will feel amazing and best of all you will be able to lose weight and keep it off.

Check my source, it might help. Good luck!
