WHEN to eat for losing weight…

• Eat (at least) three times a day.
Because when you eat only once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That’s the main reason. Sounds funny, but to lose weight… You must eat (the right things, of course)
• Eat low-fat, high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetable pastas.
• Your last meal should be before 18:00. Try.

Actually, yes. There were numerous occasions when piano wire was used to strangle/hang dissidents.

It was also used in setting up ambushes — i.e. String the wire across the road, as a garrote, etc .

However, there was a story of Churchill ask Paul von Lettow-Vorbeck to do this before WWII.

The only attmpt was the German Resistance. They were alone. It start by General Obst of the Abwehr with Admiral Canarias and Dietrich Bonhoeffer. The actual task was carryout by Klaus Graf von Stauffenberg.

There is no such thing, in historical terms, as “the” Christian religion. There are many diverse and distinct Christian movements, institutions, and churches, especially in the modern era. There were many different responses to Nazism by different kinds of Christians.

Most favorable to the Nazis was the movement they called the “German Christians.” This was basically Christianity reinterpreted to fit Hitler’s nationalistic and racist worldview, and had the official support of the state.

The Roman Catholic church took a cautious approach. The pope kept a bit of distance from actually endorsing Hitler, but refrained from condemning Nazism and apparently collaborated with the Nazis to some extent. This was for two reasons. One was fear that outright criticism would mean harsh persecution of Catholics, and would get them sent to concentration camps. The other was fear of communism; there had been very serious attempts to launch Russian-style communist revolutions all across Europe in the 1920s, and communism was officially and militantly atheist. The fascists and the nazis presented themselves as the enemies of communism and thus the church favored them.

Safer to aim at not putting on more weight.

Cut right back on cookies, candy, added sugar, fried and fast food.
Fill up on whole grains (bread, cereal), lean protein, dairy, fruit and vegetables.
Good snacks, dried fruit, nuts, yogurt, a banana.

Diet pills tend to depend on caffeine (makes you feel alert) and diuretics (make you pee).

Caloriecount is a really good website. You enter some details about yourself and it comes up with how many calories you should be eating each day, and how much you need to exercise. You also type in what you’ve eaten that day and it counts up the calories for you.

It also has forums which help you keep motivated, and journals so you can write down how you are doing in your diet. It’s also completetly free :]

Also throwing up doesn’t actually lose as much calories as you think, and you probably know about all the side affects. So it’s not worth it at all, i think if you are serious about losing weight you should eat healthily and exercise rather than using unhealthy methods.

As long as your not going under a healthy weight, and dieting within reason then good luck.

To lose the weight, you need to eat less calories and start exercising. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!!!
For exercise, do three to four sessions a week, 20 minutes at a time, of intense jogging, running, the Stairmaster, the elliptical, jumping rope, or biking should be enough to get the process in gear. Swimming, hiking, and taking aerobics classes are beneficial as well.

Nothing beats jogging or running. It’s the most intense, efficient, and effective method of burning calories. If running outside hurts your joints, try running inside on a treadmill or outside on a dirt path.

Again, you NEED three to four intense cardio sessions a week, at least 20 minutes a session, to help create a calorie deficit and help rid the body of the fat.

Also do at least ten minutes a day of strength training.

In terms of diet, you need to have 50 percent of your calories come from protein, 40 percent carbs, 10 percent fats. Cut calories gradually.
