John asks…

What Is The SECRET To Lose Weight In 3 Days?

I have been looking for the SECRET to lose weight in 3 days. I need a something that is going to help me shed the pounds fast.

weight loss cardiff answers:

The only way to lose weight in 3 days is to lose water weight, but that is only temporary until you drink water again. Also, it will only make you physically weigh less, not look any smaller in the mirror.

The only way to lose weight is to exercise and eat healthy. No fast food, no candy, drink only water.

Mark asks…

How Can I Lose Weight In 3 Days?

Im going on holiday on Monday (in 3 days) and i want to lose weight for it. I know this weight lose will only be temporary. If anyone knows how i can, thank you x
Id rather not use tablets but thanks for your help anyway x

weight loss cardiff answers:

Just eat very healthy *SMALL* meals.
Eating 5-7 small meals a day keeps your metabolism fast, and keeps your weight off. Exercising off more calories than you take in is also the trick. Any exercise will work…

Crunches, push ups, jogging/running/walking.
Whatever you feel comfortable doing.

Don’t drink ANY soda, and limit your carbs/sugar intake.
If you’re hungry for something sweet, try some fruit or yogurt. If you’re drinking milk, make sure it’s 2% or lower. Skim/fat free is best. Don’t eat red meats or fatty meats. Stick to lean chicken, and fish. For the next three days try not to eat any fried, or greasy fast food. Stick to baked foods, and veggies. Also, don’t weigh yourself every hour. Weigh yourself at a set time in the morning after you pee. If you weigh yourself after eating, or when your bladder is full, you may appear heavier than you really are.

Also, I know this sounds odd, but FIBER is great for losing weight. When I’m hungry and I shouldn’t eat anything, I drink a glass of fiber, and it keeps me full for hours. (It doesn’t taste wonderful, but it helps, I swear. :P)

Good-luck.

Weight Loss Cardiff’s Simple Guide To Healthy Eating Final Part

C Foods

The C grade food is the average grade, not poor, not good either. If most of your diet consists of C grade foods, your results for weight loss in Cardiff will be average. Breakfast cereals like Cheerios and other whole grain cereals with added white sugar are C grade foods. If you go to a health food store you can often find generic brand Cheerios, oat circles or something like that. These get a B grade because they have no refined sugar. Any cereal that’s sweetened with refined sugar automatically gets bumped down to a C. If the cereal is mostly sugar it gets a D or an E. C grade carbohydrates are those which are processed or sweetened slightly, but still made from a whole grain. C grade carbohydrates also include those that are very calorie dense, like fruit juice. Fruit juice is a fairly healthy food, but it’s also very calorie dense, which is not good when your goal is calorie control for weight loss in Cardiff. C food proteins are those which are moderate in fat and or processed or cured with flavour enhancers, sodium additives and/or preservatives.

D foods are those that are high in refined sugars or made primarily from bleached white flour. D-grade foods also include proteins that are high in total fat and or saturated fat and proteins that are highly processed and refined. Eating this type of food will not help you for weight loss in Cardiff.

Now that you have seen how food can be graded, which will assist you with weight loss in Cardiff, how did you do? Did you pass? Did you get straight A’s? Did you fail? Don’t worry, if your “grades” weren’t so good, it doesn’t matter. What’s in the past is done. What matters now is that you look ahead and make a concerted effort to improve your grades and help you on your way to weight loss in Cardiff. Don’t feel like you must get straight A’s starting today. In fact, if you get mostly A’s & B’s, you’ll get fantastic results. Just do your absolute best to improve your grades by improving your choices, starting with your very next meal.
Remember – everything you eat helps or hurts; moves you forward or backward. From a cellular and physiological standpoint, there’s no such thing as standing still or “maintenance.” One of the few things in life you can always be certain of is change. Make sure your body is changing for the better. If you make just one change a day it won’t be long before you start to see results and before long you will be healthier and happier. Setting Your Goal For Weight Loss In Cardiff

Have you ever wondered Why losing weight or dieting can sometimes be so difficult? Why so many diets or attempts to lose weight fail? Then you are not alone . Many people have a desire for weight loss in Cardiff.

The power of intention

The first thing to remember when deciding to do anything is that you must “want” to do it.
If you are going on a diet or trying to lose weight then you have to “want” to do it.
It is no good doing it for someone else.

This is the most important thing, it has to be for “you” and nobody else. You have to be doing it for “you”, not for your partner, not for your friends but for “you”
And you must want to do it!
Once you have made the decision, that you do really want to do it for yourself, you are half way there.

You have set an intention.

Setting the intention to lose weight, or go on a diet is the most important element to your success. Without the intention you are likely to fail.

Now that you have the intention you have to state it in a positive way.
Don’t say I need to lose weight . Always state your intention as if it has already happened. Try to incorporate an action word in the intention and use the present tense.

An example of this might be ” I am celebrating my ideal weight”. The other thing that will help you is if you can have a vision of your ideal “you” at your desired weight. A picture of yourself when you were younger perhaps, or even a picture of someone else who looks the way you would like to.

Once you have the statement and picture it is very important that you set aside some time preferably twice a day to visualise yourself at your desired weight and to state the intention.  Also try to imagine how it feels now that you have reached the goal, see yourself buying new clothes and enjoying the experience, see the look on other peoples faces as they congratulate you on your success. The more feeling you put into your visualisation the better.

So in the above sistuation you would have the picture and whilst looking at it you would say “I am celebrating my ideal weight”. If you do this for 30 days or more you will be well on your way to actually achieving the outcome.

Don’t be tempted to ignore this step in any attempt to go on a diet or lose weight as the chances of your success will be greatly reduced.

I hope this has been of some help to you in your quest for weight loss in Cardiff, I will write more soon
