Your Question About Easy Weight Loss

Mark asks…

How do I lose weight?

how do i lose weight?

weight loss cardiff answers:

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Ken asks…

how do you lose weight?

well, summer is coming up, I really want to lose weight by the time i start school. what’s an ideal weight for my height (5’2) and what’s a good way to lose weight?

weight loss cardiff answers:

-You lose weight by burning off more calories than you consume. The average full grown person should eat 2,000 calories. That means you need to burn more than 2,000. Your body naturally burns off roughly 1500 calories for an average person with a sedentary life style(this is different depending upon age, height, weight, etc).
-Cardio burns off tons of calories. This is pretty much anything that gets your heart rate up and typically your lungs working. This can be cycling, walking, running, swimming, dancing, hiking, jogging, etc. 20 minutes is roughly how long it takes before your body begins to burn off fat so do like 30 minutes of cycling a day. This doesn’t mean you just barely pedal this means it is moderate or rigorous exercise. Not just wondering through the park but speed walking.
-Weight training. This will help you burn off a lot of calories. 1 pound of muscle burns off 50 calories daily. And circuit training can burn up to 600+ calories if you take little or no breaks. So add some muscle. If you want mass do 6-10 hard almost all you got reps. If you want tone do 12-20 pretty hard but not all the way strength reps.
-Diet. Add a multivitamin if you don’t crave your veggies and fruits. That doesn’t mean you can just cut them out. You should eat lean meats, fruits, veggies and nuts. Try to avoid foods high in sugar, fat, and sodium. These all promote weight gain. Try to also avoid junk food. Junk food that has virtually no nutritional value. Also remember a calorie is the amount of heat energy stored in something. Not just something that makes you gain weight.
– Water. To get rid of wastes and function properly you need water.

Healthy weight lose is 1-2 pounds per week. Anymore and you may be burning off muscle and harming your body.

P.S. 1 pound=3500 calories. So if you eat 2,000 calories and burn off 2,100 you will lose a pound in 35 days.

George asks…

whats the fastest way to lose weight?

i need to lose weight before school starts help

weight loss cardiff answers:

There are many choices you can choose from to lose weight.. However, you can exercise outside for about an hour or two, everyday. You can also do weight-lifting and count until 100 while you’re doing it.
I also have some examples of entertainment that could help you lose weight in an amount of days.

*Jump-Rope*= You can jump-rope for as long as your timed. A good amount of time for you to jump-rope is about 5 minutes. You can have a partner help you and could be the timer.

*Jogging*= You could jog at least three times a day. Once in the morning, one in the afternoon, and one in the night. The more you jog every day, the less amount of weight you lose.

*Trampoline*= If you have a trampoline, you could use some jumping. Jumping helps you become more active in sports and other activities. Also, you could lose a lot of weight.

*Walking*= Walking is really important for your health. If you at least walk one time a day, like in the park, or around the block, you’ll lose some weight and burn calories.

Now, these are the only ones I could give. If you at least try these once in a while, you’ll be able to lose weight before school starts. Hope this helped!

weight loss cardiff answers:

What do you mean you can’t stick to a diet? That’s a load of malarkey I’m afraid. If you can’t stick to a diet and you can’t exercise, you can’t lose weight, simple as that. Just eat sensibly, it doesn’t have to be some crazy diet, just stop eating fatty stuff and sweets, and go jogging or even walking if you can’t jog yet.
If you eat sensibly and exercise at least 5 days a week for half an hour, then you will lose weight, it’s not difficult, it’s not complicated, it just takes a bit of discipline.

Ruth asks…

Why do I gain and lose weight so easily?

I can lose almost10lbs in a week and gain a few back, lose some the next day. It depends on how much I eat, if I work out, and what I eat. Do I have a slow metabolism?

weight loss cardiff answers:

The ideal weight for a medium built woman 5 feet tall is 100 pounds. Add 5 pounds for every inch over 5 feet tall and subtract 5 pounds for every inch below 5 feet tall. You can measure your wrist to determine if you have a small, medium or large frame. If your wrist measures exactly 6 inches you have a medium frame. If it measures under 6 inches you have a small frame and you should subtract %10 from the total to determine your ideal weight. If it is over 6 inches you have a large frame and you should add %10 to the total to determine your ideal weight.

The ideal weight for a medium built man at 5 feet tall is 106 pounds. Add 6 pounds for every inch over five feet tall. To determine a man’s frame size measure his wrist and if it is exactly 7 inches he has a medium frame and you do no need to adjust his weight anymore. If it is under 7 inches you have a small frame and subtract %10. If it is over 7 inches he has a large frame and you add %10 to find his ideal weight.

Since you are 4’11” and 110 pounds it seems you are close to your ideal weight depending on your wrist size. Measure your wrist following the above instructions to find what your frame size is. Then you will have a better idea on what you want to set your goals for. This tip for finding you ideal weight was in 175 Ways to Reduce and Burn Calories. Weight Loss Cardiff’s Simple Guide To Healthy Eating Part 3

A Foods

An A is the second highest grade a food can receive. To get an A grade, the food must still be 100% natural (not refined or processed in any way), and it must be fairly high in nutrient density, while low in calorific value. (The exception to this is Nuts, seeds and Olive oil, whilst their calorific values are high their health benefits taken in small quantities put them in the A grade.) Like the A* foods, A foods are also high in fiber, essential fatty acids, antioxidants, carotenoids, phytochemicals, and of course vitamins and minerals. The A grade proteins are the lean, complete proteins (those containing all the essential amino acids). The A grade fats are those high in omega 3 fatty acids and other healthy essential fatty acids. The A is a very good grade. If your diet consists of mostly A grade foods then you are well on your way to a healthier lifestyle, and weight loss in Cardiff.

A grade carbohydrates

White potatoes and red potatoes
Quick brown rice
Quick oatmeal (unsweetened)
All fresh fruits (not including canned, sweetened, or juice)

A grade proteins

Chicken breast
Turkey breast
Fish
Shellfish
Egg whites

Top rump steak
Whey protein

A grade fats

Extra virgin Olive oil
Nuts and seeds

B Foods

Next we have the B grade, which is classed as a good food. Not in the same class as the A* and A foods but would be considered one that could be eaten when aiming for weight loss in Cardiff and as part of a healthy diet. Some bodybuilders and athletes often drop out the B grade foods prior to competitions, opting instead for only A* and A grade foods, although these diets then become more restrictive.
Whole wheat bread is one example of a B grade food that should be eaten regularly. There are many good grade B foods that will help you on your way to weight loss in Cardiff and should form part of a balanced healthy diet. The only reason whole wheat bread doesn’t get an A is because it is processed.

B grade Carbohydrates

100% whole grain, unsweetened boxed cereals 100% whole grain pastas (amaranth, spelt, quinoa, wheat, etc) 100% whole grain breads (100% whole wheat, rye, spelt, etc) 100% whole grain cooked cereals Whole wheat pitas

Setting Your Goal For Weight Loss In Cardiff

Have you ever wondered Why losing weight or dieting can sometimes be so difficult? Why so many diets or attempts to lose weight fail? Then you are not alone . Many people have a desire for weight loss in Cardiff.

The power of intention

The first thing to remember when deciding to do anything is that you must “want” to do it.
If you are going on a diet or trying to lose weight then you have to “want” to do it.
It is no good doing it for someone else.

This is the most important thing, it has to be for “you” and nobody else. You have to be doing it for “you”, not for your partner, not for your friends but for “you”
And you must want to do it!
Once you have made the decision, that you do really want to do it for yourself, you are half way there.

You have set an intention.

Setting the intention to lose weight, or go on a diet is the most important element to your success. Without the intention you are likely to fail.

Now that you have the intention you have to state it in a positive way.
Don’t say I need to lose weight . Always state your intention as if it has already happened. Try to incorporate an action word in the intention and use the present tense.

An example of this might be ” I am celebrating my ideal weight”. The other thing that will help you is if you can have a vision of your ideal “you” at your desired weight. A picture of yourself when you were younger perhaps, or even a picture of someone else who looks the way you would like to.

Once you have the statement and picture it is very important that you set aside some time preferably twice a day to visualise yourself at your desired weight and to state the intention.  Also try to imagine how it feels now that you have reached the goal, see yourself buying new clothes and enjoying the experience, see the look on other peoples faces as they congratulate you on your success. The more feeling you put into your visualisation the better.

So in the above sistuation you would have the picture and whilst looking at it you would say “I am celebrating my ideal weight”. If you do this for 30 days or more you will be well on your way to actually achieving the outcome.

Don’t be tempted to ignore this step in any attempt to go on a diet or lose weight as the chances of your success will be greatly reduced.

I hope this has been of some help to you in your quest for weight loss in Cardiff, I will write more soon
