How much could you lose?I play soccer for 6 hours a week,and PE everyday for an hour,and basketball once a week.Eating suggestions?I can’t seem to lose weight,although I’m 12.I weigh about 113 about 5 ft and 1 inch,I have mostly muscle.

It’s good that you’re exercising, but it’s not healthy to lose a bunch of weight in only one or two weeks. I suggest that for your trip have your mom help you buy a slimming one-piece swim suit.

My family has done this veggie/soup diet before. Its a 7 day plan. Most of which has lost atleast 10 pounds in the first week.
Also my aunt took a trip to Vegas and lost something like 15 pounds in a week i believe.

Well, it all depends how much weight you want to lose. I just went on holiday and I thoroughly enjoyed myself, but I am determined to slim back down to below my original weight. I am currently using a diet I found in ‘best’ magazine. It involves a combination of 3 low-calorie meals, 2 low-calorie snacks and 9 exercises designed to budge hard-to-shift weight. If you follow every step, you can lose up to 7lb in just 10 days. However, if you ask me, eating normally but exercising for 30-60 minutes a day is far better, and it also means that you can keep the weight off more permanently, because you won’t be depriving yourself of any foods. Whatever you decide to do, just take it steady and don’t push yourself. I thought the exact same as you before I left, but when you spend your holiday, you won’t care what you look like. I hope you enjoy your holiday!

I am going on holiday in July and i would like to have a flat stomach. And all my mates wear belly tops but i think my belly is too fat to show. Get some dumbbells so you can do upper body training, shoulder press, arm curls, chest, back, triceps. You could do leg raises, squats using dumbbells in each hand (if you can), sit-ups for stomach.

Hmm…. You didnt mention your height.. But anyway here is a way to lose weight;

– Exercise for about 1hour a day, you dont have to do it in one go, just bit by bit for example four 15minute exercise each day

– Cut out junk foods and crappy foods and replace them with healthier foods e.g. Fruit, vegetables, seeds etc

– Drink LOADSSSSSSSSSSSSSS of water. That will really help you because if you feel like grabbing a chocolate bar, you can grab the water and it will sometimes satisfy your hunger

– Don’t drink fizzy drinks 🙂

Basically in 5 months i am going on holiday and would really like to just wear shorts and not be embarrassed by my legs, and would really like to know how to loose some weight from them! i actually hate my legs and would just like to be ‘free‘ and have the legs i want and not be enclosed to wearing trousers or tights to hid them. Have you taught about High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)? Im doing it at the moment after rave reviews and Im so impressed. It involves a ratio of 1:3, the 1 being sprinting and the 3 being a restfull walk. Google it, you will find the info you need.

The difference between this and jogging is that, jogging burns fat while you are running, but HIIT burns fat during and after your workout and also builds up your metabolism. Also if you do it twice a week, have pleny of rest in between now, you will loose that weight well before your holiday 🙂

well im starting to think the only thing holding me back is my weight im starting to realize things that make me think that, like the way some girls look at me when im at school, how people often move away from me when sitting in class its like one empty seat between me and another person well guys will sit near but girls wont, my friends will sometimes jokingly flick my man boob and i will laugh a little but i feel like i die a little on the inside. it seems when i gain a little confidence it gets ripped away from a pretty easily, im sick of this crap i have to put up with and im trying to lose some weight i want to loose some fat mainly my man boobs and gain some good muscle i have a weight bench with 90lbs of weight, a treadmill, and 2 20lb free weights, whats your recommendation for someone who is 15, 6’1″ tall, and around 230lbs

Free Diet Plan Manager Like WW?

Is there any plan manager online that is free (just lost my job) that is just like the Weight Watchers Plan Manager? I find when I log my food and know my points allowances I easily can lose weight, I just can’t afford to sign up for WW again.
