I don’t lose weight easily and I’m hoping to shift 6kg. I’m not stupid. I’m not trying to lose it overnight. I just need a bit of help getting started. I’m aware that diet and exercise are the main principles, and drinking enough water. I just wondered if anyone has any tricks or methods they use just to help get started. Please don’t lecture me! I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Weight loss tips? PLEASE!?

I am going to the beach in 3 months. (actually leaving on the 20th of June, so almost exactly 3 months!) I have gained 20 pounds since last summer and I would like to work that off plus ten!! Is this an unreasonable goal? Will it harm my health, and will I be losing weight too fast? (I was 225 last summer, I am 245 now and I want to be 215 in 3 months) I feel like I have the motivation and the support, but what are some tips? what are some easy workouts I can do? Some eating tips? Some toning exorcises? I do Zumba once a week, and I like to dance, so would dancing for one hour every day benefit me? Do I need to work out every day, or is every other day more efficient, to let my muscles rest? I really like fruit, so I could eat a lot of fruit, but I am a picky eater. I also LOVE cheese, milk, cottage cheese, and I know that is some of the worst things ever for someone trying to lose weight. How could I eat these in moderation? Or should I cut them all completely? Thank you for all the health/fitness tips!
Also, I am starting the Bee Pollen supplement tomorrow. I used to be on it, but when i ran out of 2 months supply, I didn’t buy any more. But it seemed to help!

Alright…nothing about working out is supposed to be easy. Cut all of your fats. This includes EVERY SUGAR unless its natural, such as sugars in fruit. Dont eat too many fruits, 2 oranges/apples a day AT MOST. Eat leafy greens and lean meats at every meal. Cut all of your dairy and drink water…yes that means your precious cottage cheese too. 30 pounds in 3 months is going to be hard for you because youre a woman, but possible. YES YOU HAVE TO WORK OUT EVERY DAY, otherwise it would be useless. You dont get fat by doing nothing, so youre not getting skinny by doing nothing. Youre not going to get anywhere by doing those useless little tv exercises with tony or that stupid dance thing. Those all take tons of time to see any progress and you also have to do tons of other things with them. Just eat roughly 5 times a day, but small healthy portions. Drink about a gallon of water throughout the day and run. Start off at a mile, jog a little, but mostly walk. The as your feel comfortable, jog longer and longer. Also, swim and bike if you can. Start doing ab workouts such as bycicles and crunches. About 100 each a day. Those are easier than they sound. This will be hard as hell, but youre not going to see any results if you start slacking and cheating. Take sundays off to rest everything but abs. Abs are some of the only muscles you can work everyday with no need to rest. Youll be sore, but dont let that stop you. Also, yahoo isnt the best place to find this info, most people lose more weight with their own exercise and eating programs because they know what they can handle. Take calcium and potasium pills. YOULL GET NO WHERE IF YOU SLACK. PUSH YOURSELF. Also, you should have started far sooner.
