i am not overweight at all but i’ve gained like 10 pounds since last year and i really want to get it off again so if anybody knows how to lose weight like really, really, really fast and easily that would be great.

Well, everything that goes in your mouth eventually comes out the other end right? So it makes sense to eat whatever you want as long as you poop twice as much, go to the store and get some laxitives and have fun with your new body 🙂

Easy Weight Loss Tips?

I’m not looking for a menu of healthy foods, or advice to go to gyms.

I am looking for little things I could do while watching TV, eating, or on the computer.

Things like instead of sitting I could stand or walk in place, something like that.

Get a yoga mat and a balance ball! Work on flexability, core strength etc.. Also if you just sit on a balance ball and try to balance..that works your core. It may not seem like a lot, but it’s better than just sitting on the couch!

So I just visited the doctors office. I got some bad news and in order to switch it into good news I need to lose weight. So I’m thinking 30 to (maybe)40 pounds. I’ll be going back to the doctors in 4 months(April 2010). So I’d like to lose it by then. I know it’s not an east task but I’m willing to work with it.
I’d really appreciate it if anyone had any advice other than the obvious.
Is there any certain excersise I should do? Certain foods I should eat?

Quick easy weight loss tips?

I’ve gained about 7lbs that went straight to my mid section and belly. Am going to Miami in a week to see my friends and I really want my old figure; I’ll do anything to put the pounds off I don’t care about keeping them of just any way I can look like normal again- as long as it’s healthy. Were gonna go by car and I live in Indiana ( 17 hr) How do I make sure not to pig out. Help!!!

Yes I know the feeling. Nothing worse than watching it pile on.
Tips ? Well the best tip I know is to try and fool your body.

If you’re eating one thing for breakfast like cereal, say, then eat a boiled egg. If you eat sandwiches for lunches – then try fruit or vegetable/salad and beans. Just really vary your foods around and try and fool the body into upping your metabolism.

Of course only eat carbs up until 7pm and then cut them out. Don’t eat fatty foods and try and get in a half hour quick walk once or twice a day. I’m off for mine now !! Good luck
