how can i lose weight really fast easily?

i am not overweight at all but i’ve gained like 10 pounds since last year and i really want to get it off again so if anybody knows how to lose weight like really, really, really fast and easily that would be great.
also, i want to stay healthy so nothing like only eating once a day or anything like that please and thank you. 🙂

Well, everything that goes in your mouth eventually comes out the other end right? So it makes sense to eat whatever you want as long as you poop twice as much, go to the store and get some laxitives and have fun with your new body 🙂

Hi, i am 14 years old and weigh about 147lbs. I know what your thinking, yes, i’m fat. I just got done with my cheerleading season. It doesn’t start back up until about February. I want to lose some weight fast and safely. No pills, no doctors. I want to lose some mostly in the thighs, my stomach isnt really fat, but i want to lose some there too. Any idea’s on what i can do?

Your actual caloric requirement can differ depending on your height, weight, activity level and your body’s metabolic rate.
