What weight loss supplement is right for me?

I’m a college student, 20 years old, 77 inches (6’5), and currently weigh 310 or so. In high school when i was 17 i weighed 225, so not even three years and gained close to 100 pounds. Unfortunately I’m somehow realizing how awful that is and how disappointed i am in myself and want to change it. In high school i played football and ran track and not doing those activities is probably what did it.

Like I said I’m currently in college. I have started dieting and working out more vigorously again and have lost 5 pounds in about two and a half weeks. While i understand that this is fairly decent progress i am still looking for something to take along with dieting and exercising that will help speed up the process. The only product i could think of is Hydroxycut but I’m not sure if that is a good option for me specifically. I know that all weight loss supplements are probably not the best option but I’m close to desperate. I’m not looking to become dependent on it, i just want something to sort of kick-start the process.

Being big runs in my family (my 16 year old sister is 6′ tall and my 13 year old brother is 6’1 200) but being overweight is’nt. My dad was always skinny and my mom runs marathons and is training for her first Iron-man or whatever the triathlons are called. I want to be healthy again and i know i can do it i just don’t know the proper way to go about it since I’ve never been overweight or had to lose a significant amount of weight.

My goal weight is about 250 (i think thats an okay weight but idk) and i would LOVE to be at that by the summer but I know that is pretty unrealistic. Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated

I suggest going to natural exercise, but in my case, i cant do strainous activities so im using this device called aurislim which is an earring you wear and causes weight loss simply by wearing it for 3 hours a day.

I know I will lose weight faster if I work out and cut calories— but I just don’t want to. However, for the past week I have been eating smaller portions and not snacking, and taking a weight loss supplement pill I got from the vitamin store.

You need to take out 500 calories everyday for a week to just lose 1 pound.

So say you eat 500 calories less PLUS excerising right you could lose up to 2 or 3 pounds.

Pills dont work FYI.

You cant just eat whatever you want, not exercise and expect to lose weight. Thats just the harsh reality of it.

Yes, I’ve been using the supplement for only a couple of weeks and the change in my body has been absolutely wonderful. I’ve lost around 10 pounds already. It may not be that much but since I don’t really have enough time to go to the gym because of my work schedule, so 10 pounds is already quite impressive. Also, I have been feeling quite healthier. From what I’ve read, Triphala Premium is also a detox supplement and cleanser. Anyway, I highly recommend the product.

if u wanna lose weight but dont hurt yourself a lot i got some tips that i figured through my long termed diet and that way u can eat more!
Drink a lot of water
DON’T eat any food for 3hours after u exercise
dont take cold showers after exercising tht will stop ur metabolism
eat a lot of vegetable and fruit before main food so u wont be hungry and u will eat less
2glasses of water after each meal

If someone has problems with weight loss he should be tested for hypothyroidism.

The following blood tests should be done: TSH, FT4, FT3 and most importantly anti-thyroid antibodies.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Stop….before you try any programs you should know a few things about food. One is where the food you eat falls on the glycemic index. This is important for your body to function correctly. Usana Health Sciences has a product called Reset, this product has a weeks worth of meals to reset your bodies sugar levels and a complete meal plan for after the first week.
