Does anyone know of any good weight loss supplements?
I’m looking for something to help lose some weight and boost my energy, but not make me jittery.
I’m just looking for a good supplement that is legal, helpful and over the counter. (I am a girl.)
I work out a lot and tone but I just need some help to lose a few pounds.

is there a certain age restriction? is there a more natural route to weight loss pills or anything that helps speed up weight loss along with exercise?

That’s a big no no.
Supplements are very bad for you.
They can cause heart complications and damage
to the liver. It can also cause hair loss.
Those are just a few that i know off the top
but there’s plenty more.

Is it legal for a minor to buy weight loss supplements, weight loss milkshakes, etc?
I wanna loose weight and I am just wondering if they would sell these things to me or not. No lectures on why you think I shouldn’t do it, I already know its a dumb idea but I need to loose the weight I put on. Thank you. =)

There are some weight loss drugs or supplements that are illegal and cannot be bought from local pharmacies….
