I need to lose weight quick. Before i get into college.
PS: I don’t want to pay money.

You can loose a ton of weight really quick by doing a lot cardio such as running, biking, swimming and pretty much anything that gets your heart rate up and makes you sweat! Do it for 30 mins or more for 5 days a week. I promise you will loose weight.

Flor, no, I don’t need the diet. Just exersise advice on what we’ll help me lose a little weight. The food I eat is fine, it’s just me sitting on my butt and doing nothing after I eat it.

Getting to a HEALTHY weight, with a healthy body fat level for your gender and age, and with a fully balanced and healthy lifestyle is very easy.

You only need to do two things, eat healthy and excercise.

First of all you have to eat a healthy diet. This doesn’t mean go on a crappy fad diet or starve yourself!!! It means that you make sure you eat 4 or even 5 small to medium meals a day. Each meal, apart from breakfast, (preferably fibre rich with fruit) should have a combination of protien (chicken/fish/soya etc), carbohydrates (pasta/rice/potatoes/etc), and vitamins, minerals and antioxidants (fresh fruit and veg). There are many easy ways to incorporate all these into every meal. This also doesn’t mean you can never have pizza/takeaway/chocolate/etc, just save them for the occassional treat.

Secondly you do need to EXCERCISE. Cardio excercise is anything that will get you out of breath, your heart rate pumping and you sweating (running, swimming, cycling, etc) and is necessary for burning calories, shedding body fat and improving your overall fitness levels. Strength training basicaly improves the muscles and tones your body, this comes from weight training, core training (sit ups/planks/etc), stretching (such as yoga) and dynamic training. This is necessary to keep your body strong and supple and will also help you lose weight and tone up by increasing your metabolism.

This is only an extremely brief overview, but both of these are necessary to lose weight healthily, keep it off, and have a strong healthy body.

Count calories and fat. Limit to a 1,000 calorie or 30 gram of fat diet a day and you will lose weight without exercise. I lost 30 ponds in 3 months! Exercise helps too! Its so simple its just crazy. Also limit portion sizes and that will help a lot.

As for keeping your mind off food, after a couple weeks of a diet like this it gets much easier. When you are used to being able to eat whatever you want whenever you want it is hard to break that habit. Be sure to treat yourself to one meal a week with whatever you want though to stay sane…

You are going about this is a totally unhealthy, dangerous way. Anything you lose now is most likely to be water weight, not actual fat loss. You shouldn’t cut out any foods, but the ones that are most liekly to make you put on weight (and therefore to avoid) are your sugars, fats and bad carbohydrates (white breads, etc). Good luck, and please stop puking… Try to do this sensibly.

Shedding weight isn’t really “easy.”

If you are serious about knocking off some pounds, you have to commit yourself to cardio (running) exercises daily. Perhaps take one day off. Run for 45 minutes each day.

You have to eat good, too. Cut down on the sodium, cholesterol, and saturated fats you eat (read the nutritional facts label on foods). I’d say aim for no more that 1600 cals daily, but no less than 1200. Take a multivitamin tablet when eating so few of calories to ensure you are getting all the vitamins and minerals your body needs.
