Soda is pretty much sugared water, so switching to diet would cut down on empty calories.

Really salty processed foods make your body retain a lot of water– so cutting back on these might not make you lose fat, but water weighs a lot and if you’re retaining less water your weight could drop 3-4 pounds just like that.

What is an Easy Weight Loss Cleanse?

In a previous question someone (mase i think his name was) recommended that before any weight loss you should first do a cleanse…so what should i do? Hopfully something easy that won’t make me look like a total goon when i go to buy it, are there some things i can mix into a drink? anyways ill stop asking and wait for the right answer .

My moms friend used that hydorxycut stuff (the one you mix in water) and lost about 15lb. I don’t think she added any exercise (beyond what she was getting at work) either. I don’t know if hydroxycut is considered a “cleanse” though.

I know you find those fad ones online if you type in cleanse, but the maple syrup one sounds like a farce to me.

I’ve heard of the water cleanse, but that’s more difficult, and extremely dull.

But really just eat healthy, everyone knows the basics:

– Low fatty foods
– No junk foods, excessive amounts of sugar
– 5-6 small meals a day to help with metabolism

How do you lose weight fast and efficiently?

I’m 13, 5’7 (shoe size of 13, totally irrelevant), but I already weigh around 77kg. I think I weigh a bit over, is there anyways I can lose weight fast and will not gain it back fast. Or at least, is there anyways I can make myself look skinner.

Any method of losing weight fast usually means that you will lose a lot of water weight which will come back quickly. That said, instead of dieting per say, you should permanently change your eating habits. Eat smaller portions of nutritious, well balanced meals 4-5 times a day instead of 3 large meals. Make sure you are getting enough protein (which means eating meat, chicken, fish, soy, dairy, eggs, etc).

Try adding some exercise to your daily routine. Even just a 30 minute walk or run 3-7 times a week will do you some good. The weight will come off slowly but surely and will stay off if you continue to maintain this lifestyle.

Skip out on the high sugar snacks like chocolate bars and candy.

There is no possible way to lose weight in the time span that you stipulated. If there was such a solution, Oprah would have found it and everyone would be walking around lean and mean. So sorry to disappoint you. You can starve, take diet pills or anything of the sort. You will still not be able to do this. If you do try any short-cut methods, be prepared for a massive weight regain. You will be back at where you started and maybe even a pound or two more.

I’ve gained 15 pounds within the last 2 and a half weeks. And a healthy diet and exersise hasn’t been improving much.

By skipping soda, fast-foods, junk foods, sugary cereals, fried foods, mayonnaise, sausage/hotdogs/pepperoni/bacon, etc. Eat fruits and veggies with meals and for snacks.

Drink a lot of water, green tea, herb teas, orange juice, V8 juice, cranberry juice, etc. Eat non-fat yogurt–which is healthy, and comes in lots of decent flavors.

Walk outdoors every day–and lengthen the distance of your walk each week.

Check out books on Beginner’s Yoga and Beginner’s Aerobics from the library, and watch the early AM TV exercise programs (around 6AM).

Swim, play sports, hike, and don’t ride anywhere that you can reach on foot.

Were you able to lose your baby weight easily?

I am 20 weeks pregnant and have only gained 3 lbs. I am actually 5 lbs lighter now then I was when I got pregnant because of morning sickness.

I am average weight and I am walking several times a week and eating healthy. My doctor is limiting me to a weight gain of 25 lbs total for my pregnancy due to a health issue.

Do you think it will be hard to lose my baby weight?

Were you able to lose your baby weight easily?

I hear that it is so hard and I am hoping by being active, young, gaining the minimum and breastfeeding that the weight will come off easily.

I actually didn’t gain very much either and when I by the time I went in for my two week post partum check up I weighed less than I did before I got pregnant. I also walked a lot during my pregnancy, so I’m sure you’ll do fine dropping the weight. I am also breastfeeding, and Ive been eating really bad stuff lately (McDonald’s for breakfast once a week or more) but I haven’t put on any weight since the baby. I assume its the breastfeeding, so I’ll definitely eat better once I stop nursing. Congrats on your pregnancy by the way and good luck.

How can I effectivley lose quick weight for an occation three weeks away?

I really want to lose some quick weight for my birthday which is about three weeks away. I’m staying away from carbs, eating fruits and veggies and Boca Burgers, drinking diet pop and a lot of water and going on the treadmill for about 20 minutes a day. Is there anything else I could do and how much weight could I lose by February 8th if I do this?

Figure out how many calories you need to stay where you are right now, then cut 500-1000 from that. That’s all you can have every day. Space this out between 4-6 meals, eating every 3-4 hours. You can cheat one meal a week, but only one meal and be sure to really cheat when you do or you’ll try to make up for it with other meals. Make a calorie sheet and write down everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, you eat or drink that has calories. Basically, everything except water. Make sure it adds up to whatever number you got earlier. Be sure to recalculate every few weeks as you lose weight.

Start running, swimming, biking, etc. Whatever you pick, do it 3-6x a week. Work up to 30+ minutes straight and don’t wuss out on the intensity.

If you can go to a gym, start a good weight training program as well. Every kilo of muscle you gain will burn another ~75 Calories a day, which really adds up. I’m not typing out an entire weight training program, as I can make a good $100-500 off that.

U only should lose like 10/15 lbs. Ur not that overweight. If u want to lose it quickly u can write out like a 800 calorie a day diet for urself but if u want to be really healthy u should only be losing like 4 lbs a week at the most.

Is 200 calories a day a dangerous way to lose weight quick?

I am about 15 lbs over weight and i need to lose it within 4-6 weeks.. sooo last time i went on a diet i did 400 cals a day lost the weight in 5 weeks then i added more calories every week until i stabilized my diet.. Now i would like to lose more and I cant seem to find the quickest way..

Very dangerous. Its a good start to having an eating disorder which can be hard to reverse. Shouldn’t take in less than 1200 cal a day
