James asks…
How to lose weight pretty fast and sculpting body, especially stomach, effectively?
I want to lose weight and sculpt my body but I only loss weight 4 pounds in 2 month. Anybody know how to lose pretty fast but also not easily gain weight? Because eating just a little bit is not good for health and diet.

Regardless of your leg, butt, hip, thigh and tummy goals from fat/flab/cellulite reduction to firming, slimming, building, toning, lifting and sculpting. The “right combination” of exercise variables will give you much better results in a shorter amount of time. Combine these variables improperly and you’ll just keep spinning your wheels, with no results to show for your efforts. Just a lot of frustration, anger and wasted energy.
Age, genetics and body type have much less impact on how your body looks and feels, than you may have been led to believe by traditional media, your friend’s sister’s brother in law or your family physician. Truth be told, your body is quite adaptable when treated properly “with the right program” as opposed to trying to force change on it with inappropriate, heavy weight-training and uncomfortable machine type exercise programs.
I am a 5.7 and 25 years old and a month ago I weigh 147lbs although about a year ago I weighed 188lbs. I am not very happy with how I look, although I have slimmed down a lot, but I still look like I’m pregnant. My stomach is flabby, my butt is big and I just feel and look disgusting. I used to run on treadmill for 15-20 mins then do some stretching for 10 min and then workout for 30-40 mins and all this 7 days a week. But I just couldn’t reach my goal. It is enough to make anyone frustrated.
A month ago a friend introduced me a workout program. I was skeptical at first that this would work by itself. Targeted weight loss is quite tough, some would say impossible, but it definitely does produce results. I have lost 20 lbs in four weeks plus 3 inches from my stomach and even my legs are much more slimmer then before. If you are wondering that this program is too good to be true then get your FREE copy of ‘The Leg, Butt, Hip and Thigh Enhancement e-Guide’ at the source below. You will not regret it! And your body will thank you for it.

Do you know how to lose weight effectively? Tell me what works or what I should do!?
Info about me:
25 female, no children, never played sports, 5’8 172lbs on a good day. Pear shaped body type, gain muscle easily but fat on top likes to stay. Problem areas are belly from childhood, thighs that touch. Really just the stomach, everywhere else can get toned a bit better. With the right clothes, I appear fit and athletic looking. LOL not a swimsuit body.
I have gym access.
Need to know what to eat, when to eat, when to work out, what to do while working out, and whether or not I can lose 10-20lbs in a month. 150 would be a good size for me. I want to keep my hips and butt.
Im an emotional eater and like sweets and breads when I am upset.
Im not looking for scams nor do I want to hear the same old 2lbs a week is healthy bs.
Any advice for daily or weekly routine would be great.

Hello Vanessa:
First of all,how much you eat isn’t nearly as important as what you eat and when you eat it.
You should have one oat-based breakfast and four healthy snacks each day and exercise each time you eat.
The types of things to have for snacks are fresh salads without salad dressings. Follow that with a piece of fruit. Follow that with some type of exercise.
There are scores of ways to prepare a salad. Many different combinations of veggies. You can cut up a hard boiled egg in it. Mandarin Orange segments, sunflower seeds, cashews, etc.
As far as your exercise regime is concerned, that should be designed around your diet.
The secret is to eat, then wait 30 minutes then exercise, etc. And don’t go to bed with a full stomach.
The two best exercises are:1. A brisk walk with your arms swinging. Sort of a quick march. You start out going half of your goal distance then turn around and march back. Each march you add a little distance.
2. Swimming. This is exercise and incentive at the same time. Watching your body begin to look good in a swimsuit is a great incentive. The hard part of this is to get started. You have to be able to envision yourself slowly shrinking so you can wear a swimsuit in the knowledge that you are getting healthy.
These are only guidelines. To properly control your weight and body
structure you should have a personalized plan that is designed specifically for you.
I have searched the Net and narrowed the search to three choices.

I am guessing that if you detoxed and then adapted a healthy lifestyle (diet and exercise), you would achieve your goals.

Ruth asks…
What can I eat to maintain my weight on a soft food diet?
I recently had my bottom braces put on and the orthodontist placed what’s called a bite turbo on my top teeth that keeps my teeth from coming together, effectively stopping me from chewing anything. Until it comes off, I have to eat soft foods.
Here’s my challenge. I’ve been lifting weights trying to gain some muscle weight. Because I can’t eat solid food, I’m afraid that I might lose weight that I’ve worked very hard to build (which is VERY annoying). I’ve been eating soups and trying to make sure that I’m taking in the same number of calories, but I find myself having to use yogurts and protien shakes, soups, and sometimes even juices to make up the calories.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can eat to maintain or, better yet, still continue to make MUSCLE gains? (Please note, I don’t want fat.) Keep in mind that I am an ectomorph by nature (High metabolism, lose weight easily, hard for me to gain.).
Thanks!
I know that most protein shakes have a lot of carbs in them, though, as do Yogurts. Will this be ok, or will it really matter as long as I’m not gaining fat?
weight loss cardiff answers:
From what you have said, you seem to be on the right track. Healthy proteins help build muscle, as well keep you feeling satisfied longer. The protein shakes are your best defense, I think, against loosing muscle mass. I would recommend you keep doing what you are doing and having a protein shake with every meal.
Because of your situation right now, there are a variety of soups out there to stop you from getting bored with what you are eating. Also try the following link for high protein foods:
