How much weight can I lose in 3 days?

I want to lose bit weight in next 3 days before my weigh in at weight watchers and was wondering if i eat right and gym for 1hour for each of the 3 days will i loss any wight i have put on bout 2kg can i lose that much by then. Im told i weigh more a night than i do during the morning is that true?

i want to begin my water fast today, but how much will i lose in 3 days? i’m aiming for 30 days. also, the internet said that while water fasting that i shouldn’t exercise, which will be hard for me due to the fact that i’m very active and have been trying to lose weight lately. will this work? or should i just stick to eating healthy and exercising like i already do? please help! thanks πŸ™‚
