Your Question About Easy Weight Loss

Ken asks…

Has anyone got any good weight loss tips?

I’m a 18 year old girl, i’m 5ft 3″ tall and i weight 127lbs.
I was just wondering does anyone have any good advice as to how i can lose weight? I have cut down on the amount of fatty foods i eat and i’ve also started to excercise more, but was wondering if there was anything else i could do to help with my weight loss.
Any tips on how i could tone up my stomach a little would also be great. Thanks. πŸ™‚

weight loss cardiff answers:

Do-
Have lots of fruit and veg
Have 3 servings a day of wholegrain carbs to keep your energy up
Have 3 servings of lean protein for organ repair.
Drink lots of water to stop yu feeling hungry

Dont have many crisps, cake, chocolate, soda or biscuits
Don’t cut out carbs as this is dangerous and means you’ll gain the weight straight back
Don’t panic if you give in to temptation. Just get back on track the next day.
Most importantly, don’t give up. It will work if you stick with it.

Michael asks…

Do you have any weight loss tips, advice and ideas for me?

I am a 5’1 female and I currently weigh 146 lbs. My doctor told me that an ideal weight for me would be around 100 or 110.
I need weight loss tips and advice!
If you have lost weight please tell me how you did it!
Money is kinda tight right now so please don’t tell me to get any diet pills or expensive exercises equipment or anything like that.
Thanks!!

weight loss cardiff answers:

You need to cut sugar completely from your diet. Don’t add sugar to anything. Don’t eat anything that is naturally high in sugar like fruit and fruit juice, corn etc. Drink only bottled water. Eat very low or no-fat food. Don’t eat late at night. Eat lots of veggies and drink veggie drinks (eg. V8) whenever you are hungry. Eat chicken breast for protein. DON’T STARVE YOURSELF.
As far as exercise is concerned, walking long distances is a good start. Find a sport that you like and stick with it.
