How to gain weight easily?

I am 14 and I’m so skinny.When I was a kid my body is normal but when I was 8 years old I got an asthma and since that my body lost many weights.Now it’s hard for me to get my body back to normal.However I still want to gain weight so how can I gain weight easily?

im trying to lose about 50lbs and im looking for a diet that might be good, i dont have time for counting the calories or trying any exotic diets like the south beach diet ect, i am looking for something simple and that can be easily be incorporatted with me daily route. i have two young (8mths and 3yrs) kids and its difficult for me to exercise daily, i dont eat alot or heavy, im just trying to loose my post-pregnancy weight. i was told that apple cidar vinegar is good… is that true? how do you drink it, how often do you drink it, how long does it take before it can actually take effect to your body, are there any side effects?

I want to lose weight.?

Iam 29 years old.My weight is 70 kg.my height is 5′ 2″.The doctor told me to reduce the weight, and it should be 59-60.I walk 1 to 1.5 hrs daily.It started just one week ago.I have no kids.Everybody adviced me that it is better to reduce weight for getting pregnant.Please let me know how to reduce the weight easily.
