I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Don’t waste money on a diet or system, just simply eat healthy and exercise!!! IT’s the only way. And, you’ll feel awesome. Keep up a good attitude and be happy. If you have a bad attitude, chances are, you’re not gonna stick to it. Just eat a rainbow of colors, and cut down salt, sugar, and fat. Go bike riding or running. Or, join a gym. Losing weight “fast” is sort of unhealthy sometimes, but as long as you’re not starving yourself, you should be fine. Simply burn more calories than you take in.

It’s not because I’m lazy and refuse to move my ass. I had a injured knee last week and the doctor said I cannot do any exercise for at least 1 month. I need to lose weight fast because next month is my sister’s wedding. I’m 17, 167cm, and 160lbs. With my current size, I can’t even fit into a dress :*(

Sorry about your knee, but the best way for anyone to lose weight is to do more exercise and eat less. Keep a balanced diet, but eat just a little less food each meal time, have fewer snacks between meals. Eat fruit instead of cakes and cookies, for instance. Seek a dietitian’s advice before changing your diet drastically, though. And try to do some exercise without using the injured knee. You’ll need to walk to the bathroom now and then: well, hobble a little further than you really need to. Read a heavy book, but hold it up as much as you can bear to! This is never going to happen hon.

There is no magic way to lose weight. And even if you decide to starve until June, you’ll pile the pounds back on once you start eating normally again (which you’ll have to eventually). There are the options of surgery and diet pills, but honestly, why be lazy and risk your health and life for something that can be obtained with simple life style changes that will pay off health-wise in the future?

You have to make a commitment to lose weight the healthy way, so it will come off and stay off. Start by reducing your calorie intake, and try to exercise for 30 minutes at least three times a week.

Otherwise stop thinking about how you can lose weight, because it’s simply not going to happen.

I do 20 situps, then rest for a minute, then 20 again, then rest for a minute, then another 20.
I then do 50 crunches, rest for a minute, and do this for however many times I feel like (:

I suggest that you have a Heavy breakfast with Brown bread, Cereals, Oats, Skimmed Milk and 100% fruit and vegetable juices
Have a moderate Lunch – Fish, lean meat, Bread and vegetable salads.
Very light dinner with just salads and fruits

Well exercising is as important as eating right. You start your day with a strenuous exercise like jogging/kick boxing/ brisk walking/swimming etc.
May be in the night after dinner take a stroll and make sure you have a gap of 2 hrs between your dinner and bed time.
