How to lose weight in one week?
I have the weirdest metabolism in the world. seriously. i gain weight off each meal. and then if i do any kind of excersize or restrict myself from eating any type of snack, i lose weight.
Example. this morning i weighed 137, then after i did some running (just like easy stuff for like 5 min) i weighed myself again and i weighed 134. thats three pounds. so ya i lose weight easily.
I really really want to lose 15 pounds by next wednesday. I really just want some guidelines, i know i can do this. and i don’t want to skip any meals. like i wanna get the 2000 cal im supposed to get.
Anyone have any tips? like calorie burning excersizes?

why have I lost the ability to lose weight easily?!?
I’ve recently hit a plateau in my weight loss. I’ve always been able to lose (& gain) weight relatively easily but even though I’ve begun a new diet and fitness regime, my spare tyre won’t even begin to budge! It’s very alarming as I’m also a qualified gym instructor and what I’ve attempted already isn’t working!! I’m very conscious of my weight and figure and if I feel or look podgy then it makes me extremely unhappy, so it affects me psychologically as well as physically. I’m 29, gain weight mainly around my middle (i.e. a typical apple shape), I attend the gym around 3 times a week and run outside around 3 times a week. I am a vegetarian but am pretty addicted to carbs!! Any ideas from anyone will be very gratefully received! Thanks!

How can I lose weight easily (16 years old)?
I’m a 16 year old female
I few weeks ago I was about 190Ib and now I’m about 203
I’ve been eating alot of junk food like chips and drinking nothing but soda.
If I stop eating and drinking all of that how can i lose weight to drop at least 20 pounds?
