I did the master cleanse diet for 7 days. First I suggest you get the book “The Master Cleanse” by Stanley Burroughs. It’s very cheap on Amazon or half.com,especially if you buy it used.

The book contains all the reasons for being on this diet, how to make the drink, and (very important) how to break the fast when you go back to solid food.

You will have to listen to your body and decide how closely to follow Burrough’s suggestions. He recommends eating NO food at all during this fast. Instead drink 6 to 12 glasses of the lemonade each day, and most likely you will not feel hunger at all.

Combine 2 tbsp of fresh lemon (I was a fanatic & added lemon pulp from the lemon) with the other ingredeints you mentioned. The water should be warm (Burroughs calls it medium hot). Cayenne can be up to 1/10 of a tspn. I used even less.

For the 7 days I was on the cleanse, I felt fine and didn’t get hungry. If you don’t want to fast competely, my suggestion is to stick to raw veggies & fruit. Keep bacon cheeseburgers to a minimum =)

I get mine from cooking light’s website or weight watcher’s online message boards (You don’t have to be a paying member to use them or have an account so you can post yourself). They have a recipe review board that’s really helpful. I also use the recipe calculator at sparkpeople.com to calculate the nutritional value of all my recipes. It really helps you tweak your own recipes to make them healthier. You can make changes to the recipe and see how it affects the nutritional information. You can also search for other users recipes.

I start the day by having Oats+ dates. I dont take anything for lunch and in the night take Oats+ raw tomatoes. Along with this plan, am doing Cardio exercises by brisk walking as well as doing heavy exercises…suggest me am i following a safe routine plan for reducing weight?

For your midsection, that’s what’s unfortunately called “muffin top” because of the way it looks. In truth, that’s just part of belly fat, which is just part of overall body fat. Losing that means losing weight in general — a person cannot spot-reduce or target specific parts to lose fat from. The body burns it all over at the same time.

To balance out your legs and butt, again, that will require general weight loss (a change in lifestyle to eating clean, balanced, and nutritious meals and regular exercise) combined with lower body resistance workouts. That also applies to your lower legs and upper arms.

To lose weight, it takes nothing more complicated than diet & exercise. No pills, powders, or magic potions. No cleanses, no detoxes, no forced anorexia/starvation (pro-ana), none of it. While the plan is easy, sticking to it and seeing results is the tough part that requires patience and realistic expectations.

You didn’t put on the weight overnight, so don’t expect to lose it overnight!

Maintain a calorie deficit of 200-500 calories per day. Yes, that means tracking calories, but if you don’t know what you’re eating, you can’t make adjustments as your body gets thinner and more efficient at what it’s doing.

Aim to lose no more than 1-2 lbs. Per week on average (some weeks you may lose more, some less), don’t weigh yourself every day, and work out 3-4 times a week for at least 30 minutes at a crack.

Incorporate both cardio and weight-lifting routines. Remember that women cannot turn into grotesque bodybuilders by just lifting weights — that requires additional hormone supplements.

For butt exercises: squats & deadlifts. You can start by doing just bodyweight routines (no additional dumbbells), but as it gets easier, add weights or resistance bands.

For calves: calf raises. Again, start with just bodyweight and if it gets too easy, add additional weight.

For arms: curls, tricep extensions, shoulder presses. For those, you WILL need additional weights.

So what is a good amount or number of reps? Anything that will become difficult toward the end. For muscle mass, that means heavy weights at low reps (which means your glutes, or butt). About 8-10 repetitions per set. 2-3 sets is good, but take it easy to start so you know where your limits are.

For muscular endurance, higher reps at lower weights. Anything that makes the last three difficult for 12-15 reps.

And on your exercise days, make sure you fuel up properly. As your body is burning more energy, it will require a little more intake. Calculate your base calorie burn rate using a combination of the calculators below — that’ll give you a ballpark figure. Then you can adjust your daily burn rate by tracking your food and exercise.

Give yourself a few months to get into the groove of this routine, as, again, it will take time, patience, and hard work. But if you stick with it, you can lose up to around 10 lbs. A month without any harmful or unnatural supplements or add-ons or gadgets and gimmicks.

I am waiting to attend my gynaecologist now in 3months to start clomid to try and help me conceive.
