How to lose weight off thighs and get a flat stomach?

I need to lose weight in my thighs, there’s some stretch marks on my inner thighs and I want to lose that. Also, I want to flatten my stomach a little, I don’t have much stomach fat, just a little that I’d like to lose. And I have to complete this before school starts back up in 4 weeks.

Easy way to weight loss?

To start this off I guess…i eat once per day if that. Usually a package of ramen. Sushi on payday 🙂
But.no matter what i.do,.i.stay the same weight. I love being active but theres not much I can do without my asthma medication.
I go jogging with my dog time to time but not often enough for it to matter. Are there any foods.i should keep around and exercises besides sports, crunches, and push ups? Oh…and I’m 5′ 5” 140lbs.

One meal a day is actually pretty bad. That’s the first thing I would change in your situation.

Im trying to find a good and safe way for me to loss weight before i go swimming. people say im a good weight but im a little more then id like ( im 110 -_-) so! i want an healthy and safe way to loss weight. and i dont mean some diet i mean like good exercise plans and stuff. but without going to the gym cuz that cost money :/ any ideas?

The best exercise you can do with out going to gym is Brisk walk. Do it for at least 30 minutes everyday. It is better than running exercise because it does not cause cramp.
