There is no possible way to lose weight in the time span that you stipulated. If there was such a solution, Oprah would have found it and everyone would be walking around lean and mean. So sorry to disappoint you. You can starve, take diet pills or anything of the sort. You will still not be able to do this. If you do try any short-cut methods, be prepared for a massive weight regain. You will be back at where you started and maybe even a pound or two more.

How can a teen easily lose weight.?

I’ve gained 15 pounds within the last 2 and a half weeks. And a healthy diet and exersise hasn’t been improving much.

By skipping soda, fast-foods, junk foods, sugary cereals, fried foods, mayonnaise, sausage/hotdogs/pepperoni/bacon, etc. Eat fruits and veggies with meals and for snacks.

Drink a lot of water, green tea, herb teas, orange juice, V8 juice, cranberry juice, etc. Eat non-fat yogurt–which is healthy, and comes in lots of decent flavors.

Walk outdoors every day–and lengthen the distance of your walk each week.

Check out books on Beginner’s Yoga and Beginner’s Aerobics from the library, and watch the early AM TV exercise programs (around 6AM).

Swim, play sports, hike, and don’t ride anywhere that you can reach on foot.

Were you able to lose your baby weight easily?

I am 20 weeks pregnant and have only gained 3 lbs. I am actually 5 lbs lighter now then I was when I got pregnant because of morning sickness.

I am average weight and I am walking several times a week and eating healthy. My doctor is limiting me to a weight gain of 25 lbs total for my pregnancy due to a health issue.

Do you think it will be hard to lose my baby weight?

Were you able to lose your baby weight easily?

I hear that it is so hard and I am hoping by being active, young, gaining the minimum and breastfeeding that the weight will come off easily.

I actually didn’t gain very much either and when I by the time I went in for my two week post partum check up I weighed less than I did before I got pregnant. I also walked a lot during my pregnancy, so I’m sure you’ll do fine dropping the weight. I am also breastfeeding, and Ive been eating really bad stuff lately (McDonald’s for breakfast once a week or more) but I haven’t put on any weight since the baby. I assume its the breastfeeding, so I’ll definitely eat better once I stop nursing. Congrats on your pregnancy by the way and good luck.

How can I effectivley lose quick weight for an occation three weeks away?

I really want to lose some quick weight for my birthday which is about three weeks away. I’m staying away from carbs, eating fruits and veggies and Boca Burgers, drinking diet pop and a lot of water and going on the treadmill for about 20 minutes a day. Is there anything else I could do and how much weight could I lose by February 8th if I do this?

Go here (calorie calc): http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm
Figure out how many calories you need to stay where you are right now, then cut 500-1000 from that. That’s all you can have every day. Space this out between 4-6 meals, eating every 3-4 hours. You can cheat one meal a week, but only one meal and be sure to really cheat when you do or you’ll try to make up for it with other meals. Make a calorie sheet and write down everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, you eat or drink that has calories. Basically, everything except water. Make sure it adds up to whatever number you got earlier. Be sure to recalculate every few weeks as you lose weight.

Start running, swimming, biking, etc. Whatever you pick, do it 3-6x a week. Work up to 30+ minutes straight and don’t wuss out on the intensity.

If you can go to a gym, start a good weight training program as well. Every kilo of muscle you gain will burn another ~75 Calories a day, which really adds up. I’m not typing out an entire weight training program, as I can make a good $100-500 off that.

U only should lose like 10/15 lbs. Ur not that overweight. If u want to lose it quickly u can write out like a 800 calorie a day diet for urself but if u want to be really healthy u should only be losing like 4 lbs a week at the most.

I am about 15 lbs over weight and i need to lose it within 4-6 weeks.. sooo last time i went on a diet i did 400 cals a day lost the weight in 5 weeks then i added more calories every week until i stabilized my diet.. Now i would like to lose more and I cant seem to find the quickest way..

Very dangerous. Its a good start to having an eating disorder which can be hard to reverse. Shouldn’t take in less than 1200 cal a day

I’ve lost 2 pounds since this morning. I biked 5 miles in the morning and ate mostly fruits and veggies (except for a banana muffin) today. Now, the muffin I could’ve left out of my diet (but I didn’t want it to spoil). A majority of your diet should be fruits and veggies. You can still eat brown rice, chicken, and fish. Cut out soda and high sugary drinks, and stick mostly to water.

Don’t forget to exercise, as accompanied with a healthy diet, will promote weight loss. Happy weight loss!

What is a great ‘lose weight fast’ diet?

I’d like to lose at least 5 pounds in one week (I understand it’s best to lose 1 to 2 a week) however, I’d like to lose it faster than that. Does anyone know of any great one or two week diet plans (or just short term) to help you lose weight quickly? I already drink a TON of water, so I’ve got that part down pat…any other suggestions?

Ok for 2 days do the following:

Eat 5 oranges a day
Eat 2 eggs a day
Eat unlimited amounts of of chicken & shrimp
Eat unlimited amounts of Cucmbers, brocolii, lettuce

unlimited amounts of light dressing and 1/4 tablespoon of mortons lite salt.

Drink tons of water.
Follow this and you will lose 5-7 pound in 2 days. Good luck, let me know how it worked.

Weight loss desperate help easy points?

Okay guys, summer not my fa vourtie because I cannot do the fun summer stuff that involve water! I have 2 months to change my body and I’m determined for this summer to be my weightloss summer so I can look good for back to school! I have 2 months to do this, I’m thinking 20-30 pounds would be nice to loose in this long period! What are some tips tricks workouts meal pplans anything just to help me reach my summer goal! Cheers !
Also will walking my dog for an hour a day help. I cannot visit the gym as I live hours from it!

You’ll have to increase your activity level and decrease your caloric intake.
Pick an activity you like, otherwise, you won’t stick with it.
Eat lots of fruits and veggies, and again, pick ones you like, occasionally trying new ones.

EDIT: I think walking the dog is a FANTASTIC idea. No one says you have to go to a gym, and your doggie will thank you for it!

Ugh ok so my mom just basically told me I was really fat like she looked at me and I was talking and she just goes…”You are so fat” …and then she started screaming at me. Im 5’6 and 140….Ik its bad but Ive been secretly binging and purging for a bit…but i didnt purge today so I’ll have to get to that so my mom doesnt keep saying I look big. She says she doesnt want a fat daughter. Any tips on how I can get stick thin like quick? Btw- I’m 15 so easy teen tips

Omg you are not fat. At all!
It sucks when parents are like that tho…you are still so young…dont feel bad about your body!
Some good tips:
instead of cokes of fatty drinks, drink water! Alot!!
And cardio!!! Cardio is one of the best ways to lose weight and get in shape! So, walk, run, treadmill, eliptical (my fav!), tennis, basketball, just get out with friends and exercise for fun!!!
And make sure to watch what you eat…and watch your portions! Dont over eat!!!!

Remember, dont feel bad about yourself! You and your body are beautiful!
If you want to improve, dont do it for anyone, do it for yourself 🙂

How to loose weight in a low change way?

Hi, I am 14 and I am overweight. I have tried many things and havn’t seemed to stick with any.. I need a good weight loss plan that is easy for me to do and a plan I will stick to!!!!!!!! Since im 14 I can’t really go out and buy special foods or go to the gym and stuff, so it will have to be something simple and that will work for me!

If you have any other weight loss tricks and tips include thoose too!

Easy! When I was 14 I lost 40 pounds in 4 months. Start counting calories and do not eat more than 1200 a day.

-water, not juice. Or water with a splash of juice for flavor.

-use calorieking.com to calculate everything u eat….eventually this gets easier.

-I woke up early every morning and went for.a 30 minute run before eating anything. I also did a lot of crunches and stretches on my bedroom floor. No gym required!

If you are serious about this, you will lose weight.
