weight loss cardiff answers:

Change your eating habits, no soda, no processed foods. Control your portion sizes. You can try apple cider vinegar. Search for it online. You can do exercise videos, join a team, go to the ymca, do dance, martial arts, swimming, there are lots of activities you can do! You will want to do more than 45 mins. It also depends on the kind of exercise you are doing in those 45 mins.

Donna asks…

how can you lose weight easily and fast??? like 20lbs -30lbs in a month???

weight loss cardiff answers:

The rule of thumb is that that any weight loss rate faster than 2 lbs or a kilo a week is too fast and you will regain all your lost weight.

Slow and steady is the way to go if you want your weight loss to be permanent. You need patience.

8 lbs a month is the way to do it or 4 kilos a month.

More fruit and vegetables and smaller servings of red meat, poultry, potatoes and chips might help.
