What diet makes you lose weight quickest?

I need to lose weight quick (summer time!) and I’ve tried and heard about a lot of diets but I need to know which one will make me lose weight quickest. I already know people are going to tell me to just “eat healthy and work out” but I’ve done that and I don’t lose much weight.
I don’t care if the diet is “unhealthy”. As long as I can eat (even if it’s just a little) I’m for it.
I’ve tried the Atkins diet and I like it since the first week I can lose like 7 lbs right off the bat! Only problem is after the first or second week, it plateaus and you don’t lose weight even if you stay on the diet.
I don’t like working out (most people don’t) but I’m not completely against it. Whichever diet will help me lose the most weight fast without having to workout 24/7 will be great!
Not sure if it matters but I’m 22, 5’5 and 160lbs.(f)
I want to lose about 20-30lbs as quick as I can!

If you Plateau on Atkins your screwing the diet up. If your body isn’t burning stored body fat for fuel, then you must be giving it something else to burn. You need to work out regardless of what diet you do, but Atkins by far is the best for quick weight loss. If your one of the people who “Did Atkins” yet never bought the book, didn’t learn the rules, then that’s why you failed. I’ve never met anybody that has done Atkins (correctly) and failed.

I don’t want to hear that losing weight quick is bad because i don’t care, but what diet is good or what drugs/ pills could speed weight loss up and what exercises can help get a flat tum and thinner arms?

The natural sugars in fruits are OK as they are metabolised to glucose slowly due to their high fiber content. Fruits are low in calories and are not fattening.

Most fruits are metabolism boosting foods and most vegetables as well and that helps for weight loss.
