Does anyone know any strict weight loss plans or work out plans/ diets? Thanks!!!?

I am looking to start a strict weight loss plan/ diet plan. Does anyone know any that have worked out for anyone?? Thank you in advance.

If you are looking at a very strict and forward weight loss and workout plan I highly recommend P90x. This program lasts 90 days and comes with a 90 day meal plan to follow as well. The workouts are great and the program teaches you how to eat correctly & the workouts are very similar to having a personal trainer.

It is cheaper than most other weight loss plans out there that seem to lack direct workout regiments. If you would like to try it out: Youtube P90x videos and you’ll get a good idea of what to expect. The program comes with a pack of dvd workouts – cardio/ yoga/ polymetrics/ abs/ arms etc. All ranging from 60 minutes to 15 minutes. Depending on what you’re looking at doing (loosing weight/ gaining muscle) they have a list on what workouts to do on what days.

Diet and exercise program, eating healthier will shed the lbs, light work outs will keep you healthy, my wife and I are in our 40’s and probably in better shape than most 20 year olds, just keep motivated and you will do alright.
Running and swimming are some of the best exercises you can do, they will tighten your legs and buns, do some crunches for the tummy

Your theory on why most people make weight loss plans but can’t follow through?

Everytime I settle on a plan to for example, not to eat past 6 pm or not eat junk food or exercise in the morning I become excited and then really quickly change my mind and tell myself it’s too hard blah blah blah

HOW TO BEAT THIS CONSTANT STRUGGLE?
I’m 20 years old btw it that helps.
