Best & easiest exercise for weight loss?

Give me REASONS, not random remarks.

PS, right now I’m thinking swimming, because your not covered in sweat, and you can’t feel any sore afterwords. I lose about a pound after a about 3 hours of swimming. What do you think?

Yes!! Youre absoulutely right. Although you can get sore. Trust me, i used to be in the swim club and we trained 6 days a week, twice a day. And after i first started, i was Incredibly sore for the first month. But still, youre very right, swimming is definitely the easiest and best. But walking is also easy because you dont sweat very much and plus its usually a little more amusing than swimming. Skating is also a lot of fun and Great exercise. Im a figure skater and after just one year, theres a huge space between my legs, lol. Although i would definitely go with swimming if i were you. Hope i helped! πŸ˜€ <33

Simple exercises for weight loss?

I am a 320 pound 17 year old who wants to lose weight, I’m doing pretty good, but I want some good exercises I can do while doing stuff like watching tv and stuff like that, I would do pushups or situps, but I dont have enough room for that, I need some exercises that take up VERY little room, and are fairly effective. I’m not saying they have to be easy to do… no exercise is, nut they cant take up a bunch of space, and I would prefer they not be super complicated.

I recommend going for brisk walks – you can listen to an MP3 player or watch video on a smartphone while you do it, but it’s really good exercise that shouldn’t pose a risk to your health.

Easy, fast weight loss?

Does anyone have any easy, fast weight loss programs? I have tried many diets but fail miserably as my will power is not very strong when it comes to food. Does anyone have any suggestions besides the normal ‘eat healthy and exercise’???
