Is it safe to work out right after taking a weight loss supplement? ?
I have recently started taking a weight loss supplement. I’m not sure if it’s safe to work out (run) right after taking the supplement. Please tell me if thats okay or not. Thanks!
weight loss cardiff answers:
Well generally you should be OK, but as well all weight loss supplements have a risk of death with simply taking the drug, natural weight loss, or weight loss hypnosis would be an easier/healthier way for you to lose some weight. You can read about weight loss hypnosis and natural weight loss diets here http://www.losetheweightonline.com/?page_id=174 but, you shouldn’t die π

Do herbal weight loss supplements have permanent long term effects?
Lets say someone is in his/her late teens and has been taking herbal weight loss supplements on and off since his/her early teens. Long term, would this habit lead to thyroid issues or heart issues?
weight loss cardiff answers:
It is possible if they were not used properly.
If someone has problems with weight loss he should be tested for hypothyroidism.
The following blood tests should be done: TSH, FT4, FT3 and most importantly anti-thyroid antibodies.
Normal TSH is 0.3-3. (Some doctors still use the out-dated reference range of 0.5-5.5)
