I am going on holiday in July and i would like to have a flat stomach. And all my mates wear belly tops but i think my belly is too fat to show. Even though i am not over weight, and my belly isnt that big but i want a flat stomach. I am only 13 years old so how could i lose weight easily and quickly at home?

Get some dumbbells so you can do upper body training, shoulder press, arm curls, chest, back, triceps. You could do leg raises, squats using dumbbells in each hand (if you can), sit-ups for stomach.

i feel really fat next to all my friends and im over 13 stone. i want to lose at least a stone or some of my belly to feel comfortable for my holidays at easter and summer. i know people will say im probably fine as i am but i feel overweight and want to have a flatter stomach. im sure other people would agree with me?

Hmm…. You didnt mention your height.. But anyway here is a way to lose weight;
– Exercise for about 1hour a day, you dont have to do it in one go, just bit by bit for example four 15minute exercise each day
– Cut out junk foods and crappy foods and replace them with healthier foods e.g. Fruit, vegetables, seeds etc
– Drink LOADSSSSSSSSSSSSSS of water. That will really help you because if you feel like grabbing a chocolate bar, you can grab the water and it will sometimes satisfy your hunger
– Don’t drink fizzy drinks 🙂
