It doesn’t make sense! Is there not enough weight loss companies to help all these people or is it these people don’t care to lose weight?

How in the world do i lose 10-20 pounds in a month without paying for all of thoes weight-loss programs?
My school is going to this trip. and we will all be in bathing sites and i want to look super good!!!!! So i really need to lose 10-20 pounds! Help but i don’t have money to pay for weight–loss programs or anything. Anybody’s help will be greatly appreciated =)

Do not be fooled by the above post – there is no magic pill for weight loss. Eat healthy, exercise and drink lots of water. Weight-loss programs are all quick fixes and rarely last. Skip them and do the healthy thing by taking care of yourself.
