What are the fastest weight loss plans and ways to rid of red stretch marks?
I had my first child and the weight quickly went away and now it’s back! I’m anxious to get rid of it and fast! And these crazy red stretch marks on my thighs… Please Help!

Hi. The best one I have successful and have lasted for three years is Jenny Craig. Why? For me it was the specific eating plan thru the day. WARNING: a 1500 calorie diet may give you headaches or may make you feel weak initially. It will go away as your body transitions. While the JC program makes you buy their food for me it was worthwhile as it taught me how little I have to eat to lose and maintaining the weight off. You will be surprised how many calories are on restaurant food (I now seldom eat out and when I do I share or bring home most of it). About the stretch marks, I still have some from my overweight years. There are medical treatment available so you need to consult with medical specialists on this issue on treatment applicable to your skin and situation. You do need to dedicate a year, at least, to bring down the weight, to adjust your eating habits then the rest of your life working daily to fight off temptation. Check out DVD Pilates or yoga programs that you can do at home and establish a routine so you will not forget. This is not easy but it does work and the rewards (nice healthy looking body) are very nice. Good luck..

it may seem ridiculous but i am very serious about this, i would like to lose as much weight as possible for september. i am 15 years old, moderately active and im sort of healthy. i need workout tips and plans, healthy food choices and plans, and lastly… anything what will boost my metabolism. i am not looking to just “get healthy” i am looking to lose weight because it is needed. thanks!

You can eat really healthy cause that way you won’t put weight on.
Do you have a trampoline ? If so jump 300 times on it, it’s really fun!
If not, go walking 3 times a week and than jogging.
Even climbing the stairs makes a difference, it’s better than nothing.
Also when watching television try and jog for at least 5 minutes.

I am an 18 year old teen that i is 4 mouths from graduation. I was wanting to loss a little weight before i graduated. But ive never had an effective weight loss so i don’t know where to start. I know i will need to work out but don’t know how much or what to do? and i know water is important but i don’t know how much i should be drinking? Other then that I am clueless of what to do. Help?
